Was getting my tires changed so decided to eat here since it was close. Overall its another mom and pop restaurant with decent food. My waitress was good and the service was good. I gave the food a four star because its just the same basic food. Nothing special or anything that stood out to make me want to go back or to make the restaurant stand out.

We had nowhere to go on Thanksgiving and decided to give American Pancake House a try and we are so glad we did! It is so cozy inside and the staff are very nice. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed the pancakes, skillet dish, panini sandwich, fries, and soup. The portion sizes are great and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

Sausage and bacon were precooked but wasn’t warmed up when served so was slightly cold both bacon and sausage.
Eggs were pretty good. Asked for over medium and were little on over easy side.
Pancakes had good flavor but think they were cooked a little fast. Soft and fluffy but little hard to cut into.
All in all good place. Great service.

Both my son and I really enjoyed this place. Service was good. Food was really good. His burger was cooked right. My pancakes were on point, along with some fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Good value. Kept my coffee full.

The omelets were amazing! I had the Country Omelet with sausage gravy on top. Delicious! Husband had the Turkey Spinach Omelet! Delicious! I highly recommend this place! The server was exceptional! Thank you!!! We will definitely come back for some amazing food!

Staffed by wonderful people, they’re more then breakfast! There’s pancakes, French Toast, a variety of skillet breakfast dishes (steak, chicken, corned beef hash), and some delicious lunch options served all day; like the tacos!
The portions are good for the price and I’ve never had anything bad. A few times I’ve had to send a dish back that was wrong, but they’re always so quick to correct it!

This was my first time dining here since the 1990s. I’m pretty sure it was operating under a different name and possibly different owners back then.
The place looks pretty run down. The cedar shake roof shingles looks like it’s in bad need of replacement.
The inside isn’t necessarily dirty, but it isn’t especially ascetically pleasing, either.
The staff and our server was quite friendly and prompt.
The food was “meh”. I love corned beef hash but it’s high in sodium and I have to limit myself because of my hypertension. As a result, I only have corned beef hash on Sundays.
The corned beef hash I ate here this morning was terrible. I can’t quite describe it, but it had a horrible taste and after taste. I only finished half of it. I don’t know if I had a bad batch served to me or if it’s just the brand they use.
The outside parking lot needs attention. There are several potholes that need tended to.
This is just one person’s experience and opinion. They place looks like a popular restaurant so I’m sure my review is the exception, not the rule.

My first visit to Mishawaka American Pancake House! I had the steak chilaquiles verdes. I would order it again, but i like to try new things.
