I ain’t even gonna lie, McDonald’s is just a chain where you go and know what you’re gonna get. Sometimes I crave a McChicken or a #7 large meal with a Dr Pepper. Regardless I know the food is gonna slap.
Service is always kinda mid, I don’t blame the employees, I mean… it’s McDonald’s. But lowkey they forgot one of my cheeseburgers one time and they got me right with a double cheeseburger replacement fr.
Atmosphere is not the best but I just ignore it fr. Honestly I would give it a 4 star cause of the food, but lowkey gotta boost their ratings.

They would not let the drive through customers see the itemized charges. When ordering, they would not show the itemized charges on the screen and would ask you to proceed to payment since they are still working on the total charge. If you insist to see the order on the screen first, they will insist that you should proceed to the payment. Once you approach the payment window only then they tell you the total amount, and also tell you that they cannot print the receipt. So, they don’t show you the itemized order at the entrance, and they don’t show the receipt. Thus, you have no idea what you are paying for and whether or not the total charge is right. When you point this out, they pretend they don’t understand what you want.

I’m highly disappointed with this McDonald’s, their always rude and their customer service is the worst. They have attitudes because they get your order wrong, when they can easily say “I’m sorry about that” and keep it pushing like a regular customer service worker. Don’t come here if you’re already in a bad mood, they’ll drop it to hell.

This had to be the cleanest and friendliest McDonald’s I’ve been in, in many years. Food was hot and fresh, cleanest bathrooms, and wonderful services. It was an absolute treat stopping in today.

The service was terrible. I waited over an hour for my food and nothing was prepared. When I asked, the waitress wouldn’t even let me speak and just kept waving me off saying she was busy. The waiter ignored me, and no one was at the front desk. People who ordered after me had already finished eating and left. Finally, I went to the kitchen door and told them my order had been over an hour, and they just said “nothing.” My later orders were left out and spoiled, and the earlier order they had lost completely. I don’t know how they manage this place, but I will never go again.

This review has validity as I frequent this location. In the recent past this McDonald’s appears to have changed ownership/management .The remodel is fresh, the place is clean (restroom included), the food is prepared well, and the staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful.

The worst mcdonalds drive thru i have been to. This is the closest mcdonalds to my apartment, so i order often, and they have never gotten my order correct ever. Always missing food. Had to go back multiple times to pick them back up.

Worst experience ever. I arrived 2 min after the order is ready message and food was stolen by someone else. I tried to talk to their staffing but the first guy who came back from delivering food outside said “i don’t know” and just ignored me. It took me 5-10 min to just try to tell someone I didn’t get my order.
