Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Extremely slow service even though im the only customer here. Still somehow yall managed to screw up my burger. Mayo, onions, pickles only, no cheese. Im allergic to mustard so I wouldn’t order it with mustard. I called back to tell I’m driving home and too far away to turn around and I would be back through in the morning for a refund. The worker just hung up on me. This place is sorry as you know what. Since I got mustard on my hands I can’t even eat the other items I ordered ordered. Does this look like mayo, onions and pickles only? I lived in Texas for 3 years and I cannot stress how bad this location is, they need to send corporate or secret shoppers in at all times of the day. This is not the whataburger experience corporate had in mind, and the other reviews confirm it.

I had the most professional and kind cashier. Her customer service was unmatched. Her name is Kennie and she deserves a raise. It was late, but the tea was empty. She took our order, left the register and made a container of sweet tea before the next customer was ready. She did every bit of it with a smile and a thank you for coming! Kudos to Kennie in Brandon, MS!!

I went to this Whataburger on the 30th and order a #2. The food was made quickly, but the food was great. Buns were toasted and not old, meat was seasoned, vegetables were crisp. The fries were fresh and well fried and salted. The experience I had at this location was quick but wonderful. If I pass by again I will definitely stop there and eat again.

Oh gosh here I am again, not so great service for such a new nice store under four years old.I order today at 12.23.2023 06.50 am online great, on the way I get a sms it says order being prepared at 06.35 I get there arrive inside it is not there mind you me one other customer is here they order a sausage biscuit one item… It is not ready over fifteen minutes, they are furious telling me why it takes this long when over 4 employee cars are out front aside from mine and the customers in the photos attached. i waited over 30 minutes and It am the only one inside from them to get it wrong!! lazy manager to horrible customer skills service skills. i know they are lazy she even said to the coworkers who turned off the ringer on the phone. First order cheese on all and gave me two chili cheese not even my sausage breakfast second time made the complaint it is ready in five minutes. i have bad English typing but you get the hint. anyway Cheers hit or miss here the night crew is the worst one hour plus dříve through wait time also for them to get the order wrong like read the screen on no onions and cheese my god easy stuff.

Only reason I’m giving this Whataburger 4 stars is because the ice machine was broken and listening to staff, it hadn’t been working right for a while and no one had fixed it.
Other than that, during my visit the staff were very friendly, the food was hot and great and the restaurant was very clean. I did dine in during my visit, so I don’t really have any info on how quick the drive in is.

Why does it take so long to get an order here. We’re talking burgers and fries. It always seems to take a long time to get your food. And getting the order correct?…you better not even count on it. They have screwed up my order too many times. I’m not going back EVER!!!!

The blonde lady who handed me my food at the window was very nasty! I kindly asked for ketchup & she threw 1 ketchup in my bag so violently & proceeded to slam the window so hard for no reason as I pulled off! That’s uncalled for & rude, pls remove that demon out that drive thru window, she hates her job & the ppl who patronize this restaurant! I won’t be back until she’s gone

Inside service is O K but the drive thru sucks! They are very slow it takes forever to go thru! If there are more than 3 vehicles in line go inside and order to go. 2 star rating is for the drive thru.
