Very good country fried steak. Sadly on a Sunday this location is understaffed to their detriment… Very Long wait for a half empty restaurant. One waitress only handling every table. Kitchen is over whelmed when you food takes almost 30 for a prepaid stew and a country fried steak. Ohh well hostess cashier, all the staff was very nice. Sadly there just wasn’t enough of them.

They were super slow, but the food was really good. We tried the beignets, but they weren’t as good as a BEIGNET. If you know, you know. Everything else was exceptionally good. I loved the steak and egg hash brown casserole bowl. The biscuits are on request now, but they were so soft and fluffy. I’m usually not a Cracker Barrel girl, but the vibe in this one was positive. We will eat here again.

My husband and I love this place. It offers American home-cooked meals at a reasonable price. We’ve been to Cracker Barrel in a few different areas before, and this location was one of the best! Our server, Latrina, was truly amazing. Her warm smile, polite demeanor, patience, and efficiency stood out. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, warm, and in harmony. Shopping items at the attached gift shop here is also enjoyable. I’m eager to revisit soon!

Update; I waited over an hour for Thanksgiving dinner, but it was nothing like the photos. It felt like a kids’ meal. The portions were small, especially the turkey, which was disappointingly tiny. The pumpkin pie had such a strong ginger flavor that it tasted more like a ginger pie. There were a lot of people waiting outside, but surprisingly, many tables inside were empty. It took over 15 minutes just to get the check. We like this place and have good memories here, but we wouldn’t recommend coming during Thanksgiving!

Meatloaf and Shepherd’s Pie type dish were so dry they made a noise when I tapped my fork against them. Veggies had no taste. Hoped to at least have a decent dessert. Like, who could mess up beignets? Well, the Cracker Barrel can. Tiny, dry, and didn’t give me the sauce to even help with the dry texture. Disgusting.

This Cracker Barrel is set up different from all the other ones I have visited. Most have the restaurant to the left of the store area. This one has the restaurant to the right of the store area. We ordered the meatloaf early dinner with mashed potatoes and coleslaw and Grandpa’s Country Fried Steak breakfast. It was all very good. The biscuits were the best I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Also I would like to give a shout out to our waiter, Angelo. He was attentive and made us feel very welcome.

We came here for dinner on the way back from Florida and I was able to use a birthday reward for my Cracker Barrel Rewards. I ordered the Sunday Homestyle Fried Chicken Breast with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The food was delicious. The chicken was juicy and crispy and had a lot of flavor. The mashed potatoes were great with the gravy, The macaroni and cheese tasted good too. I had three others in my party who ordered food as well. Our server, whose name I unfortunately forget, was fantastic in personality and attitude. The service itself was a little slow though, despite us being one of a few tables there. The bulk of our waiting was waiting to order and waiting for the check. I got the biscuit beignets for my birthday reward and got it to-go. The portions at Cracker Barrel are always quite generous, with us taking home food. Service is always a little bit slower than it should be, but we were not in a rush. The person who was working the cash register in the store was also a delight and got very excited for me when I mentioned it was my birthday reward. It was very sweet!

Had to check out Crackerbarrell to see if all the hubbub was true or not. Well, the jury is still out for us. At our local restaurant the old signage and knick knacks on the walls are still around. The menu is updated and the cinnamon rolls are to die for! And of course the biscuits and gravy. But, the peg game definitely went woke. I’m not longer an ignoramus for leaving 3 pegs. Oh well. There was a picture on the wall by us that touted the benefits of oil. I’d be curious if it was still there after the interior remodel. Food and staff were still good and we will be back again. It was still a good time with family even though they know the truth that I am still truly an ignoramus!

I was traveling from Florida and pulled in late to get some pot roast dinner from cracker barrel in. By the time my order was in the kitchen they ran out of it and they couldn’t get me anything else because I’m allergic to chicken so I had to go to another restaurant to eat next time cracker barrel. Please don’t run out of beef.

The service was great. Our food was not hot. Was Luke warm at best. It was busy at lunch time and our waitress was running around busy so I didn’t complain. Had it been warm like it’s supposed to be it would have been really tasty. My mom has worked at a cracker barrel in North Georgia for almost 20 years so I have high expectations. All in all a good experience. The bathrooms are always nice and clean and the gift shop is always stocked with unique items.
