I will admit that I am not normally that adventurous in my food choices, but some friends suggested we join them for lunch here.
The mixture of Korean and American styling was really neat to see and taste!
The chef was right there making the food and joined our conversation several times, answering our questions and checking on how we felt about the food.

The best sushi in the Upstate! And the best customer service. We go here at least once a month to get their sushi, bulgogi, and ramen. The food comes out quick and tastes amazing!! The portion sizes are great too! You won’t be disappointed

Recently went here and it was delicious. The restaurant has a lot of different options. We got the chef 21 burger but with lettuce as the bun. It was good but there was way too much crab and not a lot of salmon. The sweet potato fries were good and came with a great sauce. My husband got the three musketeer roll which was delicious. I would definitely get that roll next time I go!

I hate to post this but beware if your significant other doesn’t eat sushi she can’t bring outside food into the restaurant for you to enjoy sushi. There loss went next door to Jersey Mike’s. Will NO longer get my business. Stupid policy and loss of revenue. She usually gets a burger but it’s tasteless and limited menu. Not for a non sushi eater.

This was the best lunch I’ve had in months. The salad ingredients were perfectly fresh, the marinated egg was a great surprise and the sesame dressing is wonderful. The rolls were huge! I couldn’t finish them both but they were perfectly made and still crispy and warm by the time I got them home. I will absolutely be back.

First time eating at Chef 21! Was very pleased with what we ordered. We split the Three musketeers roll…it’s flavors and textures were on point. We also order the chef 21 sushi burger and it was also delicious. Felt like a comfort meal and the concept was unique!

First time here and we had an amazing experience, the restaurant in general was nice and clean. Since the moment we arrived the staff was really nice to us and made sure we like the food that we order, food was very tasty and fresh, we got the Volcano roll, Black dragon, amazing tuna roll and Hawaii roll. I’ll be back for sure, totally recommend!

This was my first time trying a sushi burger and I will be back!!! I’m not huge into raw fish so I had them switch out the salmon for shrimp and oh my goodness it was one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. Their sushi was also very good and fresh. And the sweet potato fries were the best I have EVER had!!
