The employee working the drive thru was very friendly, and he got us our food quick so we didn’t have to sit in line very long. He seemed like he is a good people person and enjoys working with the public. He was a lot friendlier than some of the other employees I have encountered at Wendy’s. He deserves recognition for having a great attitude!

Horrible staff and wait time. The manager didn’t even seem to care. Worst Wendy’s ive ever been to. Not only was the wait time long but you’re greeted by a lovely woman saying “whatchu wont” will not be back. With all these bad reviews, you’d think the owner would hire good people.

Honestly the experience can vary greatly but this morning I had a most excellent experience with Ja. She is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and even though I was having one of those Mondays where everything goes wrong she was so patient and kind. Wendy’s is one of the only fast food places we eat besides Burger King, 99.9% of the time the fries and nuggets are old and the order isn’t right. We don’t eat there hardly anymore. Maybe if these people actually took pride in the job and cared about others it might be a good place to eat.

We made an online order around 4:30Pm and arrived at 4:37pm. We waited in line for over Thirty Damn Minutes, and as we got up to the speaker, they didn’t respond for ten minutes. After a while they finally said, “How may I help you?” And we finally told them and when we get to the window they said “We’re all out of Chili I’m sorry!! Would like potatoes instead?” And my friend was pretty upset and said sure, they said pull to the second window where the employees and Manager were goofing off near the window. Another man inside wasn’t wearing a beard net or a hair net, not even proper uniform. We got our food around 5:40pm. They gave us chili.. which the girl said they were out. The good was alright but waiting a whole hour for an order is so much. Won’t be going again, rather go to Hardee’s.

Worst experience ever. It takes FOREVER for them to do a simple order. I’m not talking about one bad experience, it is every time for months now that they completely mess up orders and make you wait forever for them.
It is quicker to drive to the Wendys in Columbia and order there. Their staff and food is 10x better than this one anyway.

Most nasty looking work area,food cold,order wrong (not first time),employee vaping in back while working. Most poorly run&discussing restaurant I have had the displeasure of eating at. Saw this when I had to go inside and return wrong prepared order when I saw inside it was not very clean. I returned 5mins later because I got home, burger cold,bun held apart like it was taken out of bag that had been sitting open and bun stale not even heated. Have talk wit quite a few who have had same experience. Will never eat there again. If you live in Campbellsville,better off to drive 15 miles to Lebanon.

William was amazing today! I gave a special order and he made my day when he smiled and said always for the customer!
When a disabled lady came in he help her to a sear and delivered her drink for her. William showed a wonderful spirit and he needs to be recognized for super customer service!
