None of my tacos are supreme mistakes happen but seems to be the norm for this location always check your bags before you pull away, especially if they tie the top of it untie it first and check your order because the phone number does not work and they do not answer. Just gonna take this as a loss and eat my food while it’s still warm instead of having to drive back to resolve a reoccurring thing next time take the minute to go through every single item cause you won’t be able to call for a resolution

Chalupa: Expected to be hard and stale as it always is. Didn’t even get it even though the guy at the window said “that’s everything” handing me the bag. Probably for the best.
Double decker: on point, 7.9/9.5
Taco no cheese: My son said it was awful and didn’t taste like a ground beef taco. Had to break it to him it isn’t real ground beef.
Crunch wrap: 90% tortilla, 10% sloppy mess. Might be the worst one I’ve ever had.
Taco with cheese: Daughter loved it
Wild Cherry Pepsi: The only thing consistently good about this place.
Easily the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and I’ve been to a decent amount. Please take this location out back and shoot it.

This is my favorite Taco Bell in the area (Danada/Rice Lake Square). Their crew and manager are always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and their restaurant is always clean. You can also order at a kiosk by the front counter or use their app to order and customize your food. A very welcoming Taco Bell.

This is a good Taco Bell. I have visited this Taco Bell weekly for almost three years, and they are pretty reliable. They’ve forgotten items a handful of times, but they rarely miss a customization – and honestly the customizations are more important to me, since I remove ingredients for a reason and I won’t eat the item if it’s not as I ordered it. The staff here is friendly and agreeable, never any issues there. Overall 5/5 Taco Bell location.

I got 3 hard shell tacos and all were soaked on top with a cold liquid. (hoping it was water) made the tacos soggy and one of them inedible because it just fell apart. Wrapping only on top was soaked as well. My burrito was safe and dry, but I thought the wrapping was done so poorly it was too funny not to share! Waited about 15 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. Once the first car got their food, it was rapid fire for the rest of us. No greetings at the window, just handed card and then handed food while the cashier was looking the other way. I always say thank you, but no thank you or hello given in return. I hope this was a one-off experience otherwise I won’t be coming here for lunch anymore and just go to the other several Mexican food locations in the area.

Okay food. Terrible service, The place is always dirty. They taped my straw to the lid with a sticker, and put the sticker over the hole in the lid. I’m usually more than pretty lenient towards food service workers, but these people are a disgrace. After waiting 15 minutes inside of the store for a mobile order that was placed before I got there. The female staff member working up front laughed it off. My food had been made the whole time, sitting next to the drive-thru window. I used to be able to tell myself that they don’t make very much money. Those days are over fast food pays well over minimum wage. No excuse for you to be that bad at your job.

This location is awesome. The staff is super friendly and they make the food fast! Beware tho , if the app tweaks out and charges you twice for the same order, no one will ever help you lol!! There’s no one at the other end of the app so just make sure you’re ordering from the correct location and make sure they only charge you once!!! Their food is always fresh and hot. And the drinks are always great!
