I recently visited Taco Mac, and while the atmosphere was nice, the service was disappointing. We waited longer than expected for our food, and later found out our waiter had forgotten to place our second appetizer order. It took 30mins for a cold appetizer!
When our food finally arrived, one of my chicken wings was raw, which was very concerning.
Mistakes happen, but overall the experience felt disorganized and took away from what could have been a good meal. I hope this feedback helps improve attention to detail and service moving forward.

The service was great. Friendly and attentive. I don’t know if it was just the day that we went but this was the calmest Taco Mac I’ve even been to. Honestly the first time I’ve been able hear people at my table. So whether that’s positive or negative I guess depends on you. But I do want to warn any ranch lovers that Taco Mac has hands down the most disgusting ranch I’ve ever tried. Not this locations fault, it’s just the recipe. Other than that the food was great!

Ordered food online for my sick gf to make her feel better and she was completely disappointed with the food. Everything with my order was terrible from the “wet lemon pepper” wings that came basically with no sauce whatsoever. Dry bare wings and the fried pickles were just as disappointing and somehow ended up with a burnt Brussels sprout in my fried pickles. Someone needs to check up on those miserable people behind this food that not even a dog would eat.

Dawsonville Taco Mac. We are regular Monday night double points Brewniversity guys. Josie is our regular bartender. She is the bomb. Fantastic service. Great personality. AlWAYS Takes care of us every single. week. She makes it fun. Tonight. Will “the machine” took great care of us on a busy Friday. He is fixing drinks for the whole place and still manages to take good care of us.

Taco Mac Dawsonville is a hard no for us.
Service was subpar, to put it politely. Our first waitress came to the table immediately after we sat down and seemed annoyed when we asked for a few minutes to look at the menu. Her response was a snotty, “Okay, I’ll be back,” which set the tone right away.
When I asked about mixed drinks, she said, “We have anything you can think of.” I ordered a transfusion. She replied, “I don’t know what that is, and I’m sure we don’t have it,” then walked off. A short time later, we suddenly had a new server. When I asked what happened to the original waitress, I was told, “I don’t know, I was just told to take over this table.” No explanation.
The atmosphere was extremely loud. TVs and music were blaring, and it was hard to carry on a conversation, much less hear each other across the table.
When the wings finally arrived, they were cold and soggy. Definitely not what we expected.
This is not the Taco Mac we remember from years ago, and that’s a real disappointment

We visit this location a few times per month. Normally it’s good however, this time it was freezing cold in the restaurant. Pretty much all the patrons were wearing jackets! The wings were less than mediocre and had that frozen taste! This is the second time we’ve experienced this here. They are meant to be fresh, never frozen but I can tell when they have been. It was so cold in there that our wings got cold in less than 5 minutes. Also, side note servers need to be a little more discrete when they don’t like other servers/ co-workers! Drama in the workplace is never good. Your immaturity shines bright! I’ll just leave that right there! Disappointed!

Amazing time! My friends and I came to Taco Mac in Dawsonville, Ga after work, and we were greeted with the best service and felt right at home. The manager Alia, was very friendly and helpful with the drink menu. She recommended the Lavender lemon Fizz and I loved it! 10000% recommend! Natalie and Trinity were very nice and provided great service as well!

We had a great time, our server was so kind and on top of things. Between my friend and i, we had 4 teenage boys, ordered 3 apps, and meals, drinks, and everything was fresh and hot. However… there were other servers and maybe a manager who didnt appreciate how loud our happy was? We got nasty looks from an older blonde lady who was super rude. Put a sour taste in my mouth! We tipped our server well and left. Ultimately, not sure how soon we will go back, but a good experience for the most part, and no issues with food or service

This was my first visit since the location’s opening. Our server was very attentive and the restaurant had a good atmosphere. We were seated inside but the patio area is nice too. We had the queso carne dip and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls for our appetizers. The wings and burger for our entrees were very tasty. We had a combination of the dry and wet seasoning flavors on the wings and had the house made ranch. I will definitely visit again to try other wing flavors and menu items.
