The peppermint mocha was better here than the other stores I’ve been to recently. I might have stayed longer and spent more had there been softer seating, but I think Starbucks is generally getting away from that.

I used to be a big fan of Starbucks I frequented them often , but my last 6 visits have radically changed my mind. I would have thought there was some sort of standard recipe for their beverages but over the last 6 visits I was proven wrong. Not only can they not consistently make a beverage they want a tip. I guess from now on I’ll have to figure out a different way to spend my $10+ dollars when I need a hot beverage.

Always good, service is quick even with a long line. Staff is always very polite and courteous. Drinks are always fresh. Only thing i wish the company would do for the staff is provide a way to leave a tip on the card at the drive through window if you do not use the app.

I came to this starbucks yesterday and had the worst customer service EVER!!! I watched the guy make my drink and even though I ordered light ice, he filled the cup with ice to the top and I had to correct him. I asked for my oat milk to be shaken in, he didn’t do that either and then gave me a drink that wasn’t filler up. These workers do not pay attention to your order, gave me horrible customer service, and honestly shouldn’t be in the service industry. GO TO THE OTHER STARBUCKS!

It seems to depend on who’s working as to whether your drink is right. Went today and ordered Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapp with 2 extra shots and extra ribbon crunch. Absolutely no extra shots (not even sure they added Frapp roast) and no extra crunch. 0 taste for an 8 dollar drink. I don’t think a few of those that work there like their jobs at all. Not very friendly

Starbucks employees seem to give good customer service even when they are crazy busy like today. I will be honest McDonald’s has really up the bar when it comes to caramel frappe and I would even venture to say they are better and half the price but I will still rate Starbucks a 5. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, and currently limit 10 inside do covid-19 restrictions. My husband had just the regular PIke’s roast coffee with double heavy cream and he seemed to enjoy it but more for my pleasure because he is a Dunkin Donuts man.
He was even kind enough to take a picture with me. I had the caramel ribbon crunch frappe with extra crunch and extra drizzle which they did not have but that’s okay. It lacked about half the flavor of McDonald’s with twice the price a bit over $5. I had a birthday gift card so I can’t complain at all can I? The best part was having great company sharing with the one I love. That’s what coffee is great for. This location has gotten rid of all the cushy chairs which were nice but I guess this helps people to do their business and leave faster haha. The two times I came to this location today cars were wrapped around the building we decided to order from the app and just walk in and pick up our order which was very very easy. Employees were going out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and that I stayed happy.
