The donuts were fresh and good, but nothing compares to the very first time I had them in Georgia, that experience just hits different! I do love the convenience of ordering and paying online, then picking up in-store to avoid the lines. That option makes it quick and easy when you’re on the go.

Great experience! I was able to experience the hectic-ness of opening day. I originally was waiting in the drive-thru line, which wrapped around the parking lot and into the main street for at least two blocks. After an hour of waiting, I decided to walk in and order. The line was A LOT shorter. The total wait time was 1.5 hours for express donuts. I’m not 100% sure of the difference, but the express lane is already made donuts and waiting in the standard line they will make the donuts when you order. (This is my interpretation) Depending on how dedicated you are to the cause it might be easier to go through the express line. For drive thru it was easily 4-6 hours wait. The staff was VERY friendly and efficient. They were well prepared for the massive rush and had adequate staffing and signage available. I didn’t experience any issues. The donuts look good as well! A little smaller than I remember though. It was a great experience and I would definitely return in a month or so when the hype has died down.

I would like to thank the manager Piper for helping me yesterday. He’s a very kind and understanding professional manager that helped me resolve my issue with a mistake I had in a purchase.
I would definitely go again because there customer service is excellent and the manager was very helpful and they resolve all your issues without thinking twice
It is also a Very kid friendly place.

I’ve been here quite a few times. I always see the staff upfront working hard. I only have three suggestions:
1. Ensure the flavor tags match up with the donuts in that case/ correct location. That seems to cause unnecessary backups with the line.
2. If there’s limited stock, put the sign on the front door versus on the case. I think that would also help save time. People can have a plan as to what they will order when they approach the case.
3. My biggest issue, limited/usually no availability of specialty donuts! Although I love the regular glaze…Biscoff & the New York cheesecake are my favorite and I can never get them.
I’m surprised by a lot of these reviews. As mentioned above, I’ve been here quite a few times, but I’ve never felt disrespected by any employees. I’ve encountered staff that may have been a little “short” (because they’re busy), but never rude.

Grand opening day. The staff gave us some samples that were fresh directly from the production room and could see the machines they use to produce them. The donuts were soft/ fresh/ hot/ gooey. Enjoyed the donuts though only bought 1 box while most people bought 2-4 boxes.

This is my first time here.。Donuts are good

Even though I was asking questions, the employees were chatting and joking around. There was a line of customers, but they didn’t seem to care. The donuts placed the name tags were completely different. so I had to ask the employees about each one, which was a hassle.

If you’re wondering about lines. I went Wednesday at 10am and the wait time was 1 minute. All of the common assorted donuts were available at that time as well as the original glazed.
The donuts were amazing. They were on par with Krispy Kreme donuts from other locations. They were even better than the ones I just had at a location in Georgia.
The employees were just as pleasant as any other service worker I’ve interacted with.

I drove 30 min to go to Krispy Kreme. They were delicious and HOT and melted in my mouth. Im so happy and excited they brought back Krispy Kreme donuts. I was born in NC and I grew up with these donuts. There the best donuts in the world in my opinion. I live in Minnesota now and am so glad I get to enjoy them again. The staff was super nice and funny. Loved everything!!! Ill definitely be driving a lot for Krispy Kreme for my cravings. Its worth the drive in my opinion.

When I tell you I wanted to hate these damn donuts, I want you to know I mean it. I wanted to hate them because the hype around stuff like this is typically not on par with the product itself. UNFORTUNATELY, a glazed Krispy Kreme donut is a top tier sensory experience.
I was disappointed in the assorted flavors I tried compared to the classic glaze.
Its like biting into a dang cloud, half of it is air and its so freaking delicious. They also freeze beautifully and eating them frozen is actually my favorite way to enjoy them – its like if you could eat packing peanuts – I can’t explain it any other way.
There’s typically a line when I go, and it moves kind of slow, so I buy online and pickup is super quick. I’ve never used the drive thru and there’s never been more than a handful of people ahead of me. I have been there on weekends and weekdays between open and 10am and all flavors have been available every time.
Service is kind of slow, but thats on the customer’s more than the employees imo. Everyone is kind and patient, but sometimes they also seem like they need a vacation (but don’t we all LOL).

Not sure if it was me, but the donuts I got seemed over fried. The bottom of the donuts were crunchy. I got 3 dozens and only one of the packs stayed fine. I’m very upset since I waited for days for a good opportunity to be in line.
