Do not go here if you actually want your order to be right. I will never go to this location again. They constantly mess up my order, one time they had mixed 2 sandwiches up, my roll on the other sandwich and vice versa, they gave me the completely wrong cookie another time and tonight they gave me some sauce other than the chipotle I always get and didn’t put green peppers on my sandwich. It’s not that hard to read the order and put it together, I’ve worked in the food industry and this is just a worker who doesn’t read or care it’s not that hard to do this job.

last Monday i visited this subway, the girl who worked there refuse to take our order because she was in a hurry to close the store. the store closes as 10 we ordered at 9:40 and then she said that we need to clean the store so she wont take our order. if you guys want to close early then mention proper timing for store. because we came from very long way and due to this kind of information and behavior we have to face many problem. I am really disappointed from the subway.

The girl that took our order’s barely spoke English it was very difficult to communicate, with constantly asking her to repeat herself. We ate there and as we were eating the girl turned all the lights off. It was 8:30pm they close at 9pm. Yup, could not believe it lights off while we were eating. Google says they close at 9pm. Went to this Walmart just to go to the Subway. Got there at 844pm and the gates were still open so I walk in. The girl says they are closed. I said, it says 9pm but she said no sorry they close 15 minutes early. If that’s the case, the hours should be listed as closing at 845pm. Don’t make your customers drive there just to be turned away during the posted hours of operation. This is extremely frustrating and done for no reason other than the fact you want to get off work early.

This is the worst experience I have had at Subway. The sandwich was made poorly as the roll was breaking as it was made. RIA was also no help as I told her the pay machine wasn’t working as it kept adding a $1.75 tip. She said she can’t do anything about it. What a nice scam.
