I stopped by Jersey Mikes on the way to work for the first time because me and coworker never had it. My walk in customer service I have no complaints about. I even tipped. Fast forward to my lunch break. I was enjoying my sandwich until I found myself chewing and about to swallow! plastic! That was tucked into my sandwich. So I called Hamilton Mill JM’s about my concern, asked to speak with a manager (Monday, Feb23rd 5:13pm). A young lady picks up and confirms she’s the manager on duty. I informed her I Almost swallowed plastic that i found in my sandwich while consuming it. She was getting my details twisted! And she finally offered to refund my sandwich. I told her i ordered two giants and i don’t know if my co worker has experienced her sandwich yet so we both said ok and disconnected the phone. I told and showed my co worker what happened and she instantly was worried and wasn’t interested in eating her sandwich anymore. So I called back told the same young lady manager I spoke with before about how my coworker felt and to just refund the entire order. She told me she’s not refunding it because nothing is wrong with her sandwich and my coworker needs to be check her sandwich. I told her I just went through a lil drama with my own sandwich. If i didn’t pull the chewy plastic out myself and check it. I would have never known what it was because it blended so well with the sandwich ingredients!!!! I couldn’t tell. Mind you, I’m the one with the trauma…. She had the nerve to get defensive and tell me I’m being offensive! I haven’t yelled! not one time nor cuss! At any point of the conversation about my concerns. I work in customer service myself so i didn’t call her with that energy because i understand how frustrating experiences like this can be. Vs handling me with care! And being aware how serious the situation really is…. She’s just telling me “it’s the morning shift and i wasn’t here, sometimes plastic gets left on when we don’t check it while we are blending it out and I’m being really problematic”. So she says she needs to call the manager and at that point now I’m really upset. I haven’t yelled still or cuss at all. She hung up the phone. So i called back a 3rd time because i feel misinformed and I need to speak with someone with more experience and an actual manager! Or corporate. A guy picks up the phone trying to defend her and take up for her actions. At this point i feel gaslighted! I asked for names of whom i spoke with including his and everyone got quiet for a sec and both responded they aren’t obligated! To give me there names and that’s why they don’t wear name tags. A change needs to be made asap and i haven’t slept the same since the situation because how i was handled when i was just tryna make awareness of the hazards and refund my money. I work in banking and i do have footage showing how i was eating and found the plastic in my food after taking it out. Now i feel as though i probably ate some plastic and probably swallowed it thinking its just some chewy piece of meat. If i dont get a proper follow up about handling my concern and trauma situation. I’ll just find my own way of handling it.

We still like the sandwich shop but what’s up with the slamming door? It slams so hard that I’m afraid the glass is going to shatter. I can’t figure out why the owner with all the foot traffic has ignored this maintenance issue for almost a year or more. If store doesn’t open until 10am, pay somebody to fix the door before opening. IJS…JM at the Mall of GA Exchange doesn’t have this problem.

Jersey Mike’s has surpassed Jimmy John’s and Subway as my preferred sandwich establishment. They are really “A Sub Above!” I even find it superior to CS Chick, located near the mall. Today’s experience was largely consistent with previous visits, characterized by excellent service, attentive staff, and a lively store atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the manager’s friendly interactions with customers and the enthusiasm of her young staff.
Our usual order consists of grilled subs, chicken, or the Philly. The only minor suggestion is to remind the preparer to add additional condiments, as grilled sandwiches are served without them.
Despite this minor consideration, I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s. However, I advise against visiting during weekdays, particularly between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM, if you are pressed for time and need to return to work promptly.

I was so happy when I heard a Jersey Mikes was opening near my house! I’ve now been a regular since it has opened a few years back. The latest Manager is really personable. Shes always bringing laughs and energy to the location. The lines are never as long as this one and there are always open tables and parking. I see the To Go pick up station in use a lot so maybe that’s why the lines aren’t as long. Anyway, I took a photo of my Number 9 which is Turkey, Roast Beef and Bacon and I get it with their Rosemary Parmesan Bread. So fresh and delicious!!

Food is always good just never order online just go inside because you’ll never get your Togo food before the people in the restaurant are served and line is cleared. Togo and online orders are not a priority here. Add at least 15mins to the pickup time they give you or just go inside and wait in line you’ll be served faster.

Horrible experience. Food is barely edible. I ordered two chicken Philly’s. First I called to place an order but they don’t allow that. The app doesn’t have full menu, so I had to go to store and order at counter. Fine. Got home and sub looks like this picture. I don’t eat beef and it looks very much like beef. I asked the other person who had one as well, and they couldn’t tell what type of meat either. I called and asked for a new one and they said fine and come down. Then, I get there and they said it was defiantly chicken and they wouldn’t remake it. After I ALREADY DROVE THERE. I told them I would like a veggie since I was unsure of the meat and I don’t eat beef and they told me that I had to pay for it. Horrible experience for me and my dinner all for a sub roll and some veggies. Could have made my night better instead they made me never eat there again.

If the manager would play back cameras to hear the profanity from the immature staff while people are seated inside they’d probably fire the individual. Food was phenomenal, but I’m glad I didn’t have kid with me. Clean it up.

For at least 10 years, if not more, I have consistently been served a great sandwich from various Jersey Mike locations. UNTIL TODAY! Around 7 PM today, I ordered 5 sandwiches, 3 hot and 2 cold. The cold were perfect but none of the 3 hot were, with one having the wrong meat. How is that possible?! We even had to wait for that particular sandwich because the guy on the grill forgot to make it. The lead guy even repeated what he needed to make, yet here I am surely upset at a 100% satisfaction rate shattered over inaccuracies especially when prices are through the roof. I would visit Jersey Mike’s again, just not this location.

We order this location frequently as we have always had a better experience until tonight. Ordered 3 subs online, each had special instructions. Not one was followed. Additionally, one sub the 13, was so thin I was hungry after eating it. Everyone was disappointed. If I lived closer I would have brought it all back.
