Staff is friendly and food is delish. The bathroom is super clean, too. And I know it sounds weird, but I loved their bathroom decor! I rode about 45 min to meet a friend for lunch…and I will def come again. Next time I am getting dessert!

Me & my wife woke up starving. We wanted a good local breakfast spot. I drive by this place all the time so I decided to go. Nice little country restaurant. The servers were friendly and professional. I ordered the Philly omelette with home fries toast & grits. My wife ordered the special, which was a seafood platter with flounder, shrimp stuffed crab onion rings & coleslaw.

When I say everything was very delicious I mean it. Everything was cooked perfectly, generous portions and not too expensive. Oh and I highly recommend the banana pudding we will definitely be back!

Small town feel. Good food with good prices. Stayed busy up until close – nice people will be stopping by again in the future – this place is a few minutes away but worth the drive.

It’s been 15 years since I’ve eaten here because I’m never this way in the morning. But wow it was really really great. Awesome food, quickly served, hot food, and a really nice atmosphere. Servers were very polite and checked on us often to see how food was and if we needed anything else. Great job Lowesville Cafe. The only thing missing was the fresh preserves when the previous owners had it. That was alway a nice ending to the meal but not expected since hands have changed. It won’t be 15 years for our next visit that’s a guarantee.

My best friend Zach and I came to Charlotte, NC to not only ROCK out at one of our childhood 90’s favorites, Limp Biskuit but, we also had an opportunity to spend time with 2 of my younger cousins in the area..

We all got up from our late night stuper, and me ( the out-of-towner) suggested a great local diner by the name of Lowesville Cafe. It was that or Pop’s Country Skillet!?!

I prefer to support local, so we chose a place that was literally 6 minutes from his house (he never heard of it), and the 5 of us had an AMAZING breakfast!

That said, they thanked me for introducing them to an awesome, local favorite!

I had a breakfast special called “Duces”. 2 pieces of French toast, 2 eggs over easy, crispy hashbrowns, livermush, etc. along with a sweet tea.

All for $10!!!

If Mayberry existed in 2019, it would feature a diner exactly like the Lowesville Cafe. This bustling little spot is frequented by all manner of friendly locals, some of whom likely eat here every day. I wouldn’t be surprised to find Aunt Bea in the kitchen, and Floyd and Barney seated at the bar. The biscuits are tasty, the eggs fresh, and the coffee hot. The tea is as sweet as the lilting southern drawl spoken here, and you won’t break the bank to fill your belly. A wide variety of lunch specials are available every day alongside the regular offerings. Any of these are available for quick takeout my calling ahead. Come enjoy a slice of authentic Carolina for yourself.

I enjoy breakfast here often with work friends and my extremely picky coworker is always as happy with his choice as I am with my own. My eggs are always how I like em and we all love their home fries. I’m a corn beef hash guy and they make it right.
The Greek chicken souvlaki was perfectly seasoned and a nice salad with fries as well. Plenty of food for the hungry.
