We have not been here for a number of years and thought we would try again after we heard the CEO of Red Lobster say their were new improvements!!! We went on a Tuesday around 2:30 and no one was there??? Our waitress, Kimberly, was excellent!!! She told us we could order lunch menu because it was before 3 so that was great. We ordered the Walt’s shrimp with one side. We wanted a salad also and that was extra, no longer included in the meal. Plus we ordered a Lobster tail. Salad was first, very fresh and delicious along with the same yummy biscuits and they were warm!!! Kimberly was very attentive to us filling our drinks, etc. The shrimp was hot and good, the baked potato was really good, mealy and salt on the skin!!! The lobster tail was broiled and ok. As we sat in the Red Lobster the inside was still the same and the outside needs some sprucing up. Our experience was ok, however, for the money spent we felt it could have been better. Unfortunately, we experienced a dirty plate with food on the side of it and the silverware had spots on them.

Cheryl was amazing and ensured that everything was right or she’d get it fixed. I wasn’t crazy about what I ordered but maybe just my preference….the food was fresh, bread delicious as always, and the calamari was really yummy too.

Itza was an amazing server!! She greeted me with a warm smile and explained the new offerings at Red Lobster. I had the Mariner Seafood Boil with the RL signature sauce. Very tasty and a good portion of food for the value.
Chris the manager stopped by to check on me. I gave him my honest feedback that the seafood boil was an amazing addition to the menu. I will return and try it again. Great meal!!

We had a wonderful family dinner experience at this Brandon Red Lobster location! Lauren was our server and she was very friendly, polite, and attentive!
We had a wonderful meal from the drinks to the appetizer and the entrées. Everything was great. The portions were great, the food was hot and you could tell it was made fresh, and service was fast. We will definitely be coming back!

We had such a great experience at Red Lobster thanks to our waiter, Josh! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and biscuits were always refilled without us even having to ask.
It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and personal, but Josh absolutely delivered. He made our whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Josh!

We had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster thanks to our server, Romeo. His personality was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down. He provided excellent service throughout the entire meal—attentive without being intrusive and always making sure we had everything we needed.

I had dinner recently at this location while on vacation. The food is always excellent, but what really stood out was our server, Lauren Harvey. She was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our very rare opportunity for a date night. She was so accommodating and was never without a smile. 10/10 loved her!

My wife and I originally were going to the Olive Garden next door. Upon arrival they were evacuating due to a fire so we went to the Red Lobster. We were seated immediately and the server was great. Our two salads arived after an hour of waiting…
I had to get silverware from the people at the next table, (5 minutes after our food arived complete strangers offered us their silverware as they were still waiting for their food) When I turned my salmon over It was charcoal Burnt… but I was ok with that…it wasn’t worth the wait if I were to complain…
About ½ way through my salad I pulled a straw wrapper out of my mouth….. it was in the salad. The waiter took the plate before I could take a picture. Again the waiter did a good job, but the kitchen help wasn’t able to handle the pressure of a full restaurant.
