First time visit and I’m already looking forward to the next one. Great staff and service all around. The food? Exceptional! The server Angel? Beyond exceptional! She comes with knowledge and great personality. She gets the job done and makes you feel welcomed. She took it upon herself to spoil us. Can I say that we love her already? We do! We were a party of six and she handled everything like a pro. I loved reading the quotes around the room and on the servers. I have been inspired while dining.

I celebrated my birthday at QUOTES restaurant. And it was an amazing time. The food were great. The vibes were Vibing in great Customer Service plus I enjoy that they do separate tickets. You don’t have to pay for parking all around 1000% perfect.

Ordered the soul food plate, greens were a bit on the salty side but still good. I was able to swap it out w no issues. Mac and yams was on point. Chicken came crunchy and tasty. The oxtail empanadas were THE best!

The only star goes to SEVEN because she was the only waitress working a full patio with 10+ tables on a busy Sunday. Every table had 4+ people. Other waitresses were inside standing around not doing anything. In the 3 hours I was here Seven was the only one working. Then there were multiple issues with the food and bar however SEVEN WAS GREAT! Yall need to speak with Zay as the manager on shift as he should have identified there was an issue BEFORE the 3 tables around me asked to speak with him. BUT Zay did correct the issue however this is unacceptable still. It took over 90 minutes after I sat down to get my food. The cups were dirty. The Southern Tacos need to be taken off the menu. Disgusting. This was my first and last time back cause yall need to do better. Your employees and customers come first!

Oh you must try this place if you’re anywhere near the Willowbrook mall. It is very busy, and very popular – and for very good reason! It is definitely not a place meant for quick bites; you are meant to sit and enjoy the atmosphere and aesthetic! And that’s great because since it is so popular, things can take a bit to come out and service can be slow – but that’s because no one is rushing you in and out, and the food is made to order.
The food is excellent, and worth every minute. Don’t be intimidated by the prices – you will get your money’s worth here. I would dare say that if you must avoid a take away box, it’s a 1 entree per 2 people place. We definitely left with a doggy bag.
Overall, you won’t regret your time spent here or your money – the vibes are immaculate and the food is exquisite!

Quotes in Houston was incredible! We had the oxtail empanadas, spinach dip, chicken wings, and oxtail pasta everything was seasoned. And the margaritas were strong. Our server, Diamond, was top tier and it actually looked like the social media videos. Apologies for the half-eaten food pics, we were hungry. If you’re in Houston, Tx go!!!
