Ladies and gentlemen, a LARGE pho broth (I’m sure medium has the same portion size). The pho broth is your typical west Texas overly sweet broth. I was highly disappointed considering this was the best rated pho spot in Midland. The meat was decent quality. The 3 stars is for the fact that it was not terrible but again highly disappointed.

The food at Tasty 160 Pho and Boba was amazing—packed with flavor and surprisingly filling, even though the portions didn’t look huge at first. Definitely a win on the taste front! That said, the dining area left a bit to be desired. There were boxes of syrup and other food supplies out in plain sight, which made the space feel cluttered and uninviting. I’d suggest they store those items out of view to improve the dine-in experience. Next time, I’ll probably opt for takeout instead.

This was my first visit. I didn’t know if I needed to seat myself or wait to be seated. I walked towards an open table, when I was stopped by a man telling me to order at the counter. Then I noticed the sign on the screen that says “ALL CUSTOMERS ORDER HERE”. At the counter, the lady was rude, she was rushing us to order, I asked her to wait so I have time to view the menu. When I placed my order, I asked for a coke zero with my food. After placing my order, the lady read back “diet coke”. I asked if they did not have coke zero, she said “yes, coke zero” and gave me an eye roll. When my food was brought to me, I was given a diet coke. I let the guy know that I requested a coke zero. He looked back at the fridge and said “we dont have coke zero” and walked away. The customer service skills needs heavy improvement. They should consider a better sign, (light, or plan) placed higher up, so that it catches attention. And if you dont have something a customer wants, say it.

I had the pork vermicelli with egg roll the result was decent. The noodles were very cold and the beef was cool as well. The lettuce wasn’t super fresh and the overall taste just wasn’t the best flavor, an “okay” 3 out of 5. All in all, not a bad experience, just over priced for an okay dish.

Absolutely blown away by the incredible pho at this Midland gem! It’s like indulging in a comforting, home-cooked meal that reminds me of mom’s culinary magic. Their Pho is pretty good. I got the chicken Pho for dine in and chicken steamed rice for to-go.
2 things I’m confused about this place:
– my bill says “eggs” but they only put 1 egg in my box, and it was so dry, tasted bad. Price was $2.30, wasn’t worth it
– there is papers taped around the counter saying there would be discount when paying with cash, I did and didn’t get any discount
Other than that, it was good.

Best pho within a 100 mile radius! Never ever disappoints with the flavorful broth and quality meat. Makes me feel SUPER full every time and also helps to clear out my sinuses. Like menudo, this pho feels like a healing soup and brings me comfort during the colder months. The staff are nice and my favorite rose milk drink comes from this business too. Even took my picky brother to this place to try pho for the first time and he ate all of it. I never say no to this place and I can’t never get enough!

Pho is good but the prices are getting out of hand. Today I had a 17B with a Smoothie with Boba – $27! The last time I was there a couple months ago it was a total of $21 for the same thing. I like the food but it’s too pricey. Won’t be going back unfortunately.

My first meal in Midland, Texas. WOW! I had to use the restroom before my meal and it was heaven on Earth. The restroom was clean and well stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. They even had a candle to keep it fresh.
I ordered the “17B Rice Noodles with Chicken, Beef, Shrimp and Egg Roll”. Lo and behold it had all of the proteins listed! I have the shrimp to my girlfriend but I did love the beef and chicken with the rice noodles. A great balance of flavor and texture. There was also a small side of fish sauce which paired excellent.
I did have the beef spring roll appetizer. 10/10 they are filling
