Delicious meal at a very cozy place! The Bento Box with Pork Katsu and California Roll was delicious and beautifully presented. There was definitely plenty to eat! I sat at the outside patio which was really comfortable even in the midday heat (the shades help a lot). The server and kitchen staff were extremely kind and friendly, and made sure I was well taken care of. I will definitely be back here again soon!

Wonderful authentic Japanese food with so many choices. The staff and cooks are very friendly. It’s a small intimate place, but it is not noisy and it is very clean. Definitely will make this a regular part of our eating out experience.

The Izakaya menu is delicious and you definitely should get a few to share. If you’re a ramen lover, this is the spot – some of the best I’ve had outside Japan!

June is so nice! We like to check out new places and drove from North Peoria to come here. We were not disappointed! The spicy miso ramen, Tori Roll, Philly Roll, And Vegas roll were all delicious. The meat has a smoky flavor, taste freshly grilled. We will definitely be back.

The sushi rolls from this place are not simply tasty food, but pieces of arts! Besides sushi, the menu has many varieties to offer: ramen, rice, and grills snacks on sticks! The restaurant is very relax and a fun spot to dine out with friends and families. The best Japanese restaurant in town. Friendly owners and great service. I will definitely want to go back and highly recommend it!

What a gem!! We got here about an hour before closing and had some sushi, and we tried about every ramen they had. I got the spicy ramen and it was delicious but very spicy which is right up my alley. My boyfriend got the tonkatsu ramen and it was perfect! We also had a veggie broth and a soy broth ramen at the table. I got to try them all and this place really made us feel like we got a home cooked meal. Great family owned spot with super kind and tentative staff, we cant wait to come back!

Great food. I ordered Las Vegas roll, REBA, chicken Karaage along with Echigo Koshihikari (beer).

Vegas roll is a crispy fried sushi along with soy sauce, delicious!
Chicken liver (Reba) well cooked and had a rich flavor.
I didn’t like the chicken karaage (japanese fried chicken) felt it lacked flavoring. However, it was well cooked and accompanying sauce was good, just that I didn’t like this dish.
