This place just opened today, but I was looking forward to a new noodle place in El Segundo. They did a nice job with the interior and it is very cozy. The owner was super nice and recommended a simple soup with thin rice noodles and meatballs, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I also got the hot ginger honey tea and it was spicy and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu.

Overall, I understand this spot is still ramping up, so my review leans more toward constructive feedback than disappointment. It’s always great to see new restaurants open and I hope this one finds its rhythm.
The service was friendly and welcoming, which set a nice tone for the meal. The wait time was on the longer side, but it did give the impression that the food was being prepared fresh.
That said, the portion sizes felt a bit small relative to the price. I tried the pad see ew, which was solid but didn’t quite stand out compared with other versions of the dish around town.
I think this place has a lot of potential. As they continue refining the recipes and putting their own spin on these classic staples, it could give people a strong reason to choose EN over other nearby options. Wishing them the best as they grow.

I recently visited a newly opened Asian noodle restaurant in El Segundo, and I was seriously impressed.
We tried a few different bowls, and each one had its own distinct flavor. The broth on the ramen was rich and comforting without being overly heavy. The chashu was tender, and the soft-boiled egg was perfectly cooked with a creamy yolk. The fresh bean sprouts and green onions added a nice crunch and balance.
We also ordered a dry-style noodle bowl with sliced pork, dumplings, and crispy garlic. The combination of textures was excellent — juicy meat, springy noodles, and crunchy toppings all worked really well together. The flavors were bold but not overwhelming.
The restaurant itself was clean, bright, and welcoming. It felt like a great casual spot for lunch, especially with the sunny El Segundo vibe.
