Came through at about 930 at night to get the new burger that’s out did a mobile order and said I didn’t want certain things on the burger and I added certain things which was an extra charge neither of those were right then messed up for other sandwiches that I had same thing very frustrating and not worth the money on top of all the garbage that’s in the parking lot the place is really trashy. Recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere not this McDonald’s. on top of it going through the drive-through all you hear is the employee screaming and yelling and fighting in the background in the store. The place was an absolute zoo stay far away from this place.

Burgers and fries not as good as some other locations in Baton Rouge. I got the last cinnamon roll. Cashier was very sweet. I wasn’t given a fork.

I really hate giving bad reviews, but dear lord!! This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. It was my first few hours of being in Louisiana for the first time and I had been up since 3AM. Made a quick stop here before going to the hotel and ended up being given raw beef along with super soggy uncooked fries. I was so hungry that I didn’t realize the beef was raw until I was almost finished the burger. Highly recommend NOT going to this location.

The specialty burger I wanted could not be ordered, because it was being discontinued. So they had no sauce. I ordered it and added lettuce tomatoes and pickles. It was fresh, and so were the fries which could have used a little more salt. The meat patty was very good, piping hot, and melted cheese, the bacon was crispy and good. Mmmm

Not only their food was fresh they were so helpful. While I stopped there, my car’s engine turned off, I recognized my battery was dead. The manager was very helpful and gentle. He tried to help me by providing jump cable and offer free lunch to other customers to help me. I would like to thank him a lot and wish him and his team the best.

I went thru the drive thru thru McDonald’s and the speaker was broken very muffled the manager or worker took my order was rude . The girl who check me out was lovely. Steak bagels are not very good no more their bagels are dry terrible very espensive

Have come to this location multiple times because it it’s the closest to me and every single time I’ve gone my order has been wrong. Even if it’s as simple as asking for there $5 meal of they day, they still manage to screw that up. I will now continue to drive the extra miles to go to a different location I’m fed up with fast food service in this area it is so bad they really should work on their management staff and their staff requirements before hiring. I legit ordered a hot chocolate and I got some hot milk……

Employee’s probably just having one of those days. Couldn’t hear through the speaker in the drive through, no condiments included that we’re requested at the window, also, fries were old(cold & hard). On the upside, the employees were friendly & clearly trying to push through. Will definitely re-review if I ever go back.
