Good friendly service, good hot burgers, generous salads. Their apple pecan salad is delicious! I love their burgers. The foil wrap helps keep the heat in. I ate my salad first and my burger was still hot! I will return. This is one of my favorite Wendy’s.

I waited in the drive thru for about 3 minutes and I was not greeted. After I said “I’m ready to order. Hello? Hello?”, I was finally greeted and had my order taken by a female. Once I completed the order, a male told me to drive forward for my total. At the window, a female employee took my card while taking another customer’s order. She did not greet me or tell me what my total was. It took at least 4-5 minutes to get my food. When I got it, the fries were mushy and no longer hot (only warm). The chicken tenders were the only redeeming food today.
This location is average, at best, and the food is always hit-or-miss. I seldom get the same quality of service on repeat visits.

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches (one combo) and a baked potato. I had to turn around twice—first because they forgot the fries, then because they gave me burgers instead of chicken. And after all that, the baked potato wasn’t even cooked. Absolutely unacceptable. Total waste of time. Never again. Didn’t even apologize for the complete inconvenience.

I have never gotten a burger that is actually hot. It appears that meat is sitting for a period of time in the warmer. Fries over seasoned. I have been there several times through the years and it is “no” for me. Food accuracy was good but the temperature was if I left or in the bag for about 30-49 min. At least it did not have any extras like human hair which I had last time I went there. No more baked potatoes for me. My dog was happy with her burger. She did not care.

Customers beware! My son ordered food and handed over his debit card to pay. They swiped it and never gave it back. When he went inside to speak with the manager, Aubrey Martin, she told him they didn’t have a card with his name on it. I later called and spoke with a very helpful gentleman who said the card was there and could be picked up.

This place never give out receipts. Come to find out they charged me with something l didn’t even other. The lady at the drive thru this morning told 7. 87 and when l looked on my back app it was 9.87. I also had $2 off and they wasn’t even added. Smh. Food nasty and potato wedges dry like its been sitting under the warm all morning Last time me going to this grimy place.
