I tried the Popeyes’ spicy Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich today for the 1st time. It was just ok. Not worth the $1.50 upcharge in my opinion. Chicken wasn’t crispy like on a regular chicken sandwich. Bacon and cheese wasn’t anything special but the employee’s where nice and got my food out quickly.

Will never again order from this place. The coleslaw was inedible, it looked old and like it had been frozen, anyways, the spicy chicken was over cooked and tasted old and the regular chicken was under cooked and pink in the middle. If yall are gonna have young people running these stores, make dye they know what they’re doing, has any of us gotten sick, it’d be a whole other bigger issue.
I will take a loss on my 40 freaking dollars but yall lost a customer! Disgusting and and careless behavior.

I just ordered from here I wanted 50/50 spicy and mild got all mild and didn’t get fries that was part of one of my sides there is always something wrong with my order never fails smh

Food is always excellent for fast food. Service was on par for Popeyes… missing items of our order, sitting on counter in front of the employee, that imediatly responded as if I were ignorant and they don’t make mistakes.

How the hell you have somebody sit for 30 minutes waiting on some strawberry cream pies and you give somebody else my order and refuse to remake the order because y’all are closing. That’s not our fault. You supposed to give customer service and the fact that the unprofessionalism of the Manager gave to the customer saying to come back tomorrow and we spend our hard earned money on something and be treated this way. I will be calling in the morning. Trifling!!!!

My chicken tenders tasted like burnt rubber, literally. I don’t know if they threw it on the floor and stomped on it before cooking it or dipped it in something or what but it was obviously tampered with. The chicken sandwich (in the attached picture) had pieces of old burnt nasty food laid across the dead center of it, as shown in the picture. I don’t know if they’re doing this to everyone or what. I wasn’t rude or have a ridiculous order or anything, so I’m not sure what provoked this.

I pulled up at 10pm. They was just shutting the dinning room down, I couldn’t get no one on loud speeker so i drove up to the window, by the time i placed my order it was 10:03pm.. the cashier told me pull up she walk my order out to me. The cashier was super great, she deserves a raise. Another car pulls up an by 10:25pm I still did not have my food but, another car that drove up 5 min after me proceeded to drive off with her order. So I went to the window inquire about my food. That is when I was told they had bad news the drive threw was now closing an the cook already turned off the grease an was cleaning up. They was gonna let me sit out there until 1030 an not fix my order. The one girl was sassy said it would take til 11 but “don’t fuss about it being so late that’s on you”. By 10:38pm I had my food . They was gonna make me come back the next day or refund my money. Bad bad business! Also the gravey for the potatoes had grease in it don’t know why since they don’t add grease to it

I went to get me some lunch. I ordered my food. The girl behind the Register Started coughing uncontrollable in her hands. Then went along to fix my frozen drink without washing her hands. I asked her if she was sick. With an attitude, she said no! If I was sick I wouldn’t be here, and still didn’t wash her hands gave me my drink.She still gave me my drink like that. I took the drink and threw it straight in the trash. This Broussard location got to do better
