2 lanes for ordering works well. 2 lanes ro pick up dont use that system, why?
Then if you have to wait for food, they make you pull into a spot or pull forward and they will bring you food…why again?

Everything is great at chick fil a. The consistency makes it, just look out for hairs. It’s inevitable unfortunately. I understand, but when contacting the company for something like this they don’t give you the option for details. Probably trying to avoid situations like this. Either way the reimbursement provided is appreciated, thank you! Just felt bad selecting “bad taste” when that wasn’t the case. I’ll obviously be back either way! But for anyone who else who experiences something like this, it’s good to know they’ll get you the same thing Fresh!!!

Food was stolen because they didn’t check the phone of the guy pretending to be my DoorDasher. When my actual Dasher got there they told him that they would not remake the food and they made me replace my order and leave it up to DoorDash for a potential refund. The food got stolen, it should’ve been remade. If you hand the wrong order out the window, do you not remake the food for the right customer??? If the food that I just reordered ends up being any good, then I’ll update the review but I bet since I gave them sass about their ludicrous policy that there won’t be any updates to this review

Door dash delivery. If they would have read the entire directions, it said please knock on door. First they left the food on the ground, that’s the picture they posted for me. When I went to get the food, it was put on top of my mailbox, drink was nicely balanced. Fries consisted of mostly small pieces under a few large ones. I was so disappointed.
