We put out names in for a 30min-1hr wait and they took our phone number to call us when the table was ready. We got a table for drinks at Kyndred Hearth (amazing service) and after an hour and a half I went to check when our table would be ready. I looked at the sheet and they had crossed off my name on the list without even calling me. We then got our table about 15 minutes later. Took 30 minutes to our our drinks and after another 30 minutes brought most of the drinks and then told us that they couldn’t make one of the drinks and asked if we would like a different one. After another 30 minutes we asked the server to cancel our order because it was taking so long for the replacement drink and the rest of the group was almost done with theres. The only reason I gave this place a single star was because the waitress compensated our late drinks but we still had to ask. The bar is the small hotel lobby bar and only a portion is decorated like the photos shown. Big let down but at least we had some good pizza while we waited at Kyndred Hearth.
