Why does this location consistently always have hot food that Is past the best by time frame. Your items are clearly labeled with expiration times but every single time I come (which is almost daily) everything in the food warmer is past the time frame on the sticker. I love this location but recently have lost trust in the cleanliness and quality of this store as it is clearly not being audited for quality.

This location always have pumps out, staff is grumpy, and the selection is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to the Kum and Go or Kwik Trip down the street.

It was pretty busy when I went, about 10 am. Got gas, used the bathroom, snagged a breakfast slice and coffee.
Bathrooms were clean, coffee was hot and available, slice had been there a bit, but it was 10 am and I was happy to get the last bacon slice. Still tasty. Cashier was friendly and we shared a laugh, Everyone seemed happy/content when they were leaving the store.

Decent gas station in a competitive location. There are other nice and new gas stations a half a mile down. The pump was extremely slow for pumping gas. Food inside appeared old and cold. Restrooms were small and fairly clean but could need some updates.

The automated phone system for ordering is terrible. I had special instructions for my pizza and while the automated system repeated my special instructions the order receipt didn’t have them on it. Also the system said it would be done at a certain time, but when I got there a few min after that time they had just finished making the pizza and were putting it in the oven.

I used to prefer Casey’s, but I pick and choose them carefully now, and when another option exists, I skip the Casey’s stores.
This one is an example of why.
There are times when you’re in a hurry and you don’t have time. While I usually find myself willing and able to buy a big tank of fuel, pop into the store for a slice and a fountain drink, all of which they make plenty of money, I sometimes need to pay at the pump and keep moving.
But, not at this store. They refuse to print your receipt at the pump. So, in the cold or rain or whatever, you have to go into the store, wait in line, listen to the staff complaining, and eventually ask for a receipt to be printed.
It’s as much a hassle for the staff as it is for the customer. But that isn’t what this is about for Casey’s. No. It isn’t enough to make the money on the gas. They want you to come in the store to buy things. While I completely understand that business preference, it isn’t customer focused.
So, all I’m left with is deciding what to do with the fact they deny you a receipt at the physical point of purchase.
And I’m choosing to go elsewhere. Kwik Star, Kum & Go and others are popping up all over and they don’t do this.
Goodbye Casey’s.
And just so you know, when the customer finds comfort elsewhere they don’t return to Casey’s despite your thoughts that we will.

We ordered 2 pizza’s and got free breadstick. They were absolutely delicious! Cheesy and hot just as pizza should be. The customer service is always amazing. I love going into my local Casey’s and being greeted by big smiles

Tried grant st pizza this afternoon instead of 2nd. St. Disappointed. Ordered large Supreme with EXTRA SAUCE. No extra sauce & whatever was used was watery with chunks of tomato. Not the usual pizza sauce. Won’t go back.
