Terrible service when ordering with the app with the stingiest and scarcest toppings, when they didn’t forget to add them all-together.
Prep workers have masks with noses over their masks and last worker handling food, credit cards, and cash with the same gloved hands.
Won’t answer phone, just goes to a fax. Online request for assistance ignored.
Of the dozens of Subway restaurants I’ve frequented, this is by far the worst.
Sad since it’s also the closest to our neighborhood.

Ordered on the app for veggie patty, said it was available. Went to pick up and said it was unavailable. Didn’t give any good option just said to turn into veggie delite. Asked for a refund and was told no.

I ordered three foot-longs and six cookies for my wife and my daughter and myself. I went in and picked it up and I assumed the six cookies were in the bag got all the way home and realized they weren’t. I went back to the store and told them that I didn’t get my cookies and they were trying to give me some bogus excuse about the way the new receipt looks and weren’t going to give me my cookies. Finally they did. While I was there, my wife called and said my daughter’s sandwich didn’t have any cheese on it. Again, they weren’t going to do anything at all about it. They weren’t gonna remake my sandwich or anything. They tried to argue that when you toast a sub you can’t see the cheese anymore. What kind of crazy excuse is that? I’m not blind. I know what cheese looks like even if it’s toasted. Finally, all they did was put cheese in a bag that was cold that I now had to take home and put on a toasted sub that was supposed to be warm for my daughter. This place is the absolute worst and I will never go back there again.

We normally love all the staff at this location, but on our last visit an employee kicked us out 30 minutes before the store closed to “clean” the otherwise empty store. This employee also had airpods in while we were ordering and did not exhibit any care for the customers and even forgot 2 separate drink orders. He had tall, black curly hair, but was not wearing a name tag. Overall, this employee made for a very unwelcoming visit.

Consistently underperforms in customer service. The care factor here certainly could use improvement. Its one thing to be conservative on sandwich toppings however its another thing if you have to ask for more than 1 pickle chip, 1 spinach leaf, and the proper amount of dressing. Looking forward to coming back to experience their improved customer service.

I find it unacceptable that THEY gave me the wrong sandwich, after I said “don’t give me that ladies turkey sandwich.” I get home to find THEY gave me the turkey. I called and had to drive back over there to get the correct sandwich and I’m not even offered a free cookie and THEY reused the bag. I should have recieved a free sandwich! I would have been very happy with a cookie. Obviously they don’t care if their customer is happy or not.
