This was my first time coming here and I got the pad thai and shrimp . I really enjoyed the pad thai . The only reason I’m not giving a 5⭐ is I felt the shrimp were over priced, I got 4 shrimp for eleven$ and I would not of ordered them if I realized how few were in there .
But overall I really did like the place and will be going back . Especially to pick up ingredients for my own home cooked meals. I did get my food really fast I would recommend order your food and go shop their great selection.

I added this great restaurant when it first opened and thought my review went in then. But apparently it didn’t. However-the business add was successful! These photos are from the early opening days of Into The Brew‘s Cafe and Asian Market and she has added so much since then! She continues to surpass expectations for great food consistently and added a lot to her inventory! Customer service is excellent. We have ordered so many times and have never been disappointed with anything. I will update photos soon as she has really worked hard at building up this great restaurant and family run business. If you need to get fresh thai basil or asian market supplies in Wasilla this is the best place to go! Her bagged rice prices are great and worth stopping by to get your rice and hard to find items! Her food is excellent! Every time we have ordered we are more than happy with it. This business continues to impress.

I went in for yellow curry, and they were out. I was asked if I wanted to try red curry, and so I did. The flavor was there, and the spice level I asked for was perfect The overall dish was delicious and hugged my soul. I will say, though, that the chicken was a touch overcooked, and I wish I had more rice for the sauce.
I also asked for potstickers, and those were fried to perfection and flavorful. I was questioning whether or not they provided enough dipping sauce, but it was the perfect amount.
I know they are starting off with a light menu, but with the taste and quality, I’m sure they will overgrow their current store! Parking is kind of tight, and the dining atmosphere indoors is small. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes

Into The Brew is a very well-run, family business with a welcoming and friendly vibe. They have a wide variety of great Asian goods as well as excellent food and boba. I would heartily recommend that everyone come and support this local business, an important part of the tapestry of Valley culture.

A little takeout for Friday night and it was absolutely delicious! We got the egg rolls, chicken yellow curry, and the chicken pad Thai all at a level 3. My family loves a good spice (me not so much), but the food still had very good flavor. I would probably get a level 2 next time, haha. I appreciate the fast pickup times! Highly recommend trying whether you live In meadow lakes or not! Ps. We snagged up some sauces that you can’t buy at the store while there!

Do not sleep on this place!!!! The food is amazing hot and yummy!!!! It comes out fast and is actually very well flavored! They also have the TikTok viral ice creams in stock! Nicest people ever and they have an array of hard to find Asian foods! I will be back again and again!

Every dish I’ve had so far has been good but the garlic chicken is AMAZING. Couldn’t get enough, and the cream cheese rangoons are fantastic as well. Love the teas and snacks they sell, and browsing while waiting for the food to come out is fun.

Solid food, the curry is some of the best I’ve had up here, however the Mongolian beef should be renamed Mongolian vegetables never enough meat.
