Bad location always burning the cheeseburgers and never put the correct portion of fries. This is a “large” portion the size of a small.

Went here with my entire office for lunch and we all had a great meal. Wait time was very reasonable for the size of our group, as was the price. The quality of the food was great and the staff was friendly. Also worth mentioning, they number the burgers so it’s easy to tell who’s burger is which. Overall great lunch spot with easy parking. Will be back again soon I’m sure.

The employees here seem to not give a damn about their work. I told the lady that she got the toppings wrong on the receipt and she acknowledged it and gave me the order wrong anyways. I had to wait to get the toppings in a cup, then open the burger and change them all; a huge mess and a terrible experience. Five guys is too expensive for this.

I asked for a little bacon cheeseburger and was over charged for the regular bacon cheeseburger. The girl at the register was rude and talking who knows what with the other workers in Spanish. My burger was basically uncooked!! Unbelievable service and I was super nice the whole time

The person who took our order either needs to be re-trained on customer interactions or find another job. When we walked in he was talking to his coworker. As we approached the counter, he looked at us, turned his back to us, and continued talking to his coworker. When he decided he was ready to take our order, he came to the register with absolutely no welcoming or positive energy whatsoever. The cherry on top (or the nail in the coffin) was getting a large fry and having half of them be obviously twice-fried.

I had a bacon cheeseburger with every topping, a small order of Cajun fries, and a bottle of water. Total was just over $14. The wait was about 4 minutes. The taste was excellent!!! And the amount of fries was pleasing. They have free peanuts available to snack on while you wait. The dining room is clean for the most part, but I did have to wipe my spot at the table before settling in. The restrooms were also clean. 5 guys never usually disappoints, and this was no exception – an overall good experience.

Ive always had a good experience with this five guys. The food quality is good and consistent. The wait can sometimes take a bit when they are busy but usually it’s not too bad and they are well staffed. Would recommend.

Cheeseburger wasn’t bad. Chocolate milkshake was more like a very soupy, very chocolate milk. I ordered in store so this was not the result of delivery. The counter person was friendly. The place looked very clean but as another person mentioned the floor was quite slippery which was peculiar.
