This is a ghost kitchen so quality control is apparently non-existent. I got the chicken, bacon, ranch sub. The chicken was old and extremely chewy. For $15, the portions are smaller than expected. We also got the 5 piece chicken tenders with fries. The tenders were good but I was disappointed in the ratio of fries. It was like 1 handful of fries in a large container for the same price as the sub. Overall, I’m just highly disappointed with my experience for what we paid for. If you want cheese steak, don’t get it from Ihop.

For those confused on location It is an online order able thing only THROUGH IHop, so if you call, look up IHop specifically or just go in, the phone numbers on file for “both places” are disconnected. It’s very weird, but you can still get the food, just only online through IHop/Pardon My Cheesesteak.

I ordered the Big Cat meal and it was good. The cheese steak was hot and had plenty of meat and cheese on it. The onions were amazing and the bacon I added was also really good. The French fries were good as well. I also recommend getting the donuts. They were fluffy and tasted so good! I will definitely be eating here again!

There is NOTHING about this establishment that physically indicates it exists. If it is in fact virtual, the people physically working in the IHOP that the address corresponds with have no clue about it. If orders can only be done online and not in person, the people physically in the building don’t seem to realize that it’s not associated with IHOP.
This place and this business is absolutely ridiculous. You’d think there’d be atleast ONE person physically in the building that knows about “pardon my cheesesteak” and could take an order.
You’d also think that there’d be atleast ONE SIGN indicating pardon my cheesesteak and it’s menu are options at this building.
Never seen something so ridiculously stupid in my life.

Just ordered a cheesesteak Big Cat, no French fries. $43.00 for a sandwich. Not happy. Actually it was 46.00 and change. That price included the Grubhub delivery. Check your bag before the driver leaves if you can. Rec’d no answer. Called them, disconnected.
