We used to eat here all the time. Ordered spicy chicken breast. These last 3 weeks they have been out of spicy breast. Don’t even have them. That’s not right. Going some other place

This Popeyes location always seems to get your orders wrong, and the afternoon staff need to be better trained. Their communication and active listening skills are sadly lacking.
The manager is a decent and hardworking guy, and his staff in the earlier shifts seem more knowedable and friendlier than the afternoon crew. So kudos to the morning crew and manager.
Now, back to the food: The macaroni looked and tasted awful. It was dry and was not creamy, possibly overcooked, too.
The chicken is rarely appealing or tasty. Its color is off, too.
It always comes out looking too dark and brown (over cooked) possibly because it definitely does not come out a crispy light in color and lacks its past buttery flavor.
The chicken tastes like it is now soaked and cooked in vegetable oil.
I’m really not sure if these Popeyes changed the oil they deep fry their chicken in or, if they also changed the batter they use.
Sadly, as prices continue to soar, this just doesn’t make any sense.
Such a bummer.

This Popeyes is much better than the other one. Even if corporate doesn’t give 2 ships about customer service, at least the staff in this establishment are nice and made up for the bad experience I had at the other location. I got decent portions and they gave me an extra sauce with no pushback. I also managed to get both of my coupons honored.

The service was good, but the food was completely terrible. Chicken was burnt, greasy like the fryer oil was bad. Dark brown and too hard/crunchy. The mac and cheese was soggy and gross, and the biscuit was even only somewhat good. Overall the food I ordered was nearly completely unedible. I won’t go back to this location

The so young people no respect especially at the drive up. She was on her phone like everyone on especially the cooks I saw thru the drive up on the phone. Picked up my order from a young teenager with a bad attitude. I asked her a simple question and got snapped back all because of a straw. My food was cooked outside and cold inside. Do you people screen especially teenagers these days? I’m a retired Veteran from Vietnam Nam and in my many years never experienced the way you have those kids employed at your facility treating anyone the way they do. You should not be training young people with those attitude per person if you are the manager or boss or team leader. Popeyes Chicken in Rio Rancho New Mexico the worst franchise ever. I’m on Facebook, keep me posted especially the manager at that fast food restaurant.

Chicken was overcooked and dry. The mashed potatoes could use more gravy (like a separate container instead of putting a tablespoon on top of potatoes). Biscuits were hard. For the 8pc bucket, they should include 2 sides instead of 1. Bucket was missing wings and got extra legs instead. No napkins provided. No utensils included.
