There is a reason why they were voted best tacos in Tacoma. I got the classic burrito and a horchata to-go. It was delicious. I swung by around 330pm and it wasn’t busy, and service was quick. There is options for high chairs as well as wheel chair accessible. There is one bathroom, but for customers only. As for parking, there is not a whole lot, because they share with other businesses, but I had no problem with parking. They do mobile orders as well. The young man who took my order was very professional and quick.

Really enjoyed our experience here! Went for lunch on a Friday, not busy. Service a little slow but that was fine! Server was so cute and nice to our family. Hubby said best burrito he’s had in WA! My tacos were good and flavorful! We will definitely be back.

This Mexican restaurant is such a hidden gem! The staff are super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment you walk in. The place itself is really cute, clean, and full of charm. You can tell they take pride in their food because everything tastes fresh and made in-house. The queso is especially delicious, creamy, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering! Overall, great atmosphere, great service, and amazing food.

Solid 4 stars for my first visit.
Pros: Family owned, all made in house, 3 types of tasty homemade salsa, prices pretty comparable with other locals, good friendly and fast service. Everything was fresh and well seasoned.
Cons: Not much seating if you’re looking to dine in. Quesadilla was skimpy on the meat.
Would definitely recommend, and will return, but I’ll be trying different menu items next time.

My daughter and I stopped in for dinner and the food is amazing! Very fresh, authentic and delicious! The shrimp taco was my favorite……if I was forced to pic a favorite. Super friendly people, clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Food came out quick and was so good we ordered the loaded fries to go along with esquite. Highly recommend.

Limited menu of delicious items. This might be the best guacamole I’ve ever eaten.

Best Cali Burrito I’ve ever had. Crispy on the bottom. Real fries made from fresh potatoes. Authentic flavors. Tasty and hearty. Decor has a lot of character. Service was friendly too. I can’t say enough good things about Sugar Bones!

I’ve lived across the street from Sugar Bones for months and my heart hurts I hadn’t been there before this month. The staff, owner, food and drinks are absolutely amazing. Affordable, Authentic, and very friendly. I would 100% recommend the Chicken Mole Tacos, Al Pastor Tacos and their Carnitas. They are as real as it gets. Still waiting until I have the appetite for one of their plates or burritos. Do not miss out on this. The authenticity of how great their food is will beat everyone in the Lakewood area, I promise you that.
