Super clean, not crowded but of course we went at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Very friendly staff. The top shelf Long Island iced tea is amazing!! Sirloin steak cooked to perfection!!!

Best not to visit this one…..
So the fact that it was 100 percent empty should have been the significant impression that I needed to leave. The servers, kitchen staff all sitting at the bar goofing off also should have been a no thanks impression. But I always see it through, even if my experience tells me otherwise. As we are the only customers, all we hear is the staff messing around. Random yells, sounds of items being thrown. So far a less then pleasant experience. Even for a chain restaurant, this is terrible. Now our server was friendly, at the table. Easy heard from the back kitchen. So in a busy restaurant one wouldn’t have known. But, we heard… another small group has entered. I watched thier server enter from the outside where based on his smell had just smoked a cigarette. Still in his outside coat, he introduced himself to the table and took thier drink orders. As for the food, our appetizer came, but no plates, so it seems we are hover over it like swine. Fortunately, it was horrible so we didn’t touch it. Frozen food, sloppy, greasy and just gross. That seems to the case also with our mains.And burnt as hell steak.(see photo) Frozen foods simply reheated and toss on a plate. So I would venture to say even the low standards of Applebee’s in last decade are not even being met. Like they hired a high-school drop out as thier kitchen manager. And likely the same for the general manager since no one here is taking ownership and directing the staff. So in conclusion, I will pay the check, get in my car and to McDonald’s as I’m starving. As this wasn’t edible at all. 98% of our food wasn’t touched. Horrible experience with just as poor staff experience.

This place was terrible. If I could rate with negative stars I would. The first thing I saw when we walked in was someone’s dirty sandles up under the podium. The hostess was nowhere to be seen for about 10 minutes. When she finally appeared and seated us, she barely spoke. She appeared to be under the influence of something. She walked us to a table said, “here” then just walked away. She walked by again after seating 4 guests at another table and taking their drink order, and I had to ask who was supposed to attend to us because our drink order still hadn’t been taken. She says uh….idk….I uh…I dont see her….uh….hold on, and walked away. A waitress came over after she had been standing at the same table for this entire time (around 20 min) and was like well I guess I’ll take your order. I’m not supposed to, but I dont know WHERE she is. Do you know what you want to drink?….I said yes ma’am. We’ve been sitting here so long we know what we’d like to eat also. My mother-in-law and myself had each ordered the strawberry swirlrita, as well as pepsi….my husband and older children order Pepsi, and a milk for my baby. We also ordered our food. A few griller combos, and a few kids meals. After about 15 minutes more they bring out 3 adult Pepsi. She says is everything ok? I said we dont even have anything, and where are the children’s drinks. She pulls my baby’s milk out of her armpit and says their Pepsi is coming. She uh….she’s bringing it. When she arrived with the children’s Pepsi, she told us to check ours because the machine ran out in the middle of making them….(WHY WOULD YOU EVEN BRING THEM OUT?)…..All 3 were bad….when she brought them back she said ok all set….I said excuse me where are the swirlritas we ordered? She said let me check….came back 10 min later said the bartender has to deal with all this…..motioning to about 30 people seated in the bar area….and continues to say she just took all their order so after she makes their drinks she’ll get to ours…correct me if I’m wrong but drinks should be made in order recieved!!! 20 minutes later the waitress brings the people that walked in after us their food as she walked by I ask where those drinks were….she came back after another 5 minutes and said she said they’re in the blender….we didn’t get them for another 15 minutes. My little girl had to use the bathroom, but the stalls were locked…no one was I them…the hostess acted like my mother-in-law was stupid when she told her this. When our food was FINALLY brought to us….just after the swirlritas my husband asked the waitress if they looked the picture and she said yes. He questioned again….and again before she finally said no in a questioning way….I had to explain the rims of glasses weren’t salted and they were missing limes. I mean after waiting on them for 45 minutes plus….they could have ATLEAST got them right! None of the adult plates were brought out with their coleslaw, my son’s marinara for his mozzarella sticks was NEVER brought out….the swirlritas were VERY poorly mixed …when I asked for to go trays we received tiny little foam ones when all night long I had only saw guests leaving with little plastic ones…..I asked for to go cups…..we were brought children cups after the table across from us had big clear to go cups. The service was horrendous. I think the hostess was on something. We only stayed bc it was the only place open and we were starved. My husband is a trucker and got into town late. I would NEVER go back….its terrible because they make Applebees , a good restaurant, look bad.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This was the worst food I have ever had. Fish was burnt on the outside and the batter was raw on the inside. The fries were old like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. It was absolutely horrible. I will never go back to Applebee’s.

Every take-out order is wrong. Today’s strawberry balsamic salads were a big disappointment. 2 salads cost $28 with tax and had no breadsticks that were supposed to come with – and had exactly 3 slices of 1 strawberry – not even a whole strawberry! No almonds, no balsamic glaze. So, just lettuce, half a strawberry, and about half a grilled chicken breast on a 6×8 inch tray – $12.99 each plus tax. Unacceptable.

Probably the slowest service I’ve experienced at an Applebee’s. The restaurant wasn’t busy but it seemed to take the waiter a long time to check on us, bring the food, bring the check. We would’ve hated to have been there when they were busy.

It’s not so much that I disliked it but the half rack of ribs I bought was the worst thing I’ve ordered any where by far! They didn’t even taste good. Not much meat for the price at all. I did talk to the manager about it and she offered to give me the other half rack free but I settled for a cheeseburger instead because of the taste the ribs I already had been served. They tasted like they was old maybe I don’t know but they were not good! However the boneless chicken wings we got for $.25 each was probably the best I have ever eaten in my opinion they were great! The caesar salad we ordered was good as well. The server was very polite and really done a good job. She deserves a raise I think. Just because she was courteous and a real professional about the issue I had and agreeing the ribs wasn’t up to par! She got the manager to come address the complaint I had immediately! The burger I got to replace my ribs was really good. Also got an order of the house fries with my burger they was alright as well. My overall rating is to be determined by my next visit hopefully soon!

This was a mistake. Family went out for endless wings and shrimp and arrived at 5:30pm. When we arrived the host didn’t even greet us just counted how many we had and said follow me. At the time there was maybe 10 tables. Ordered a drink from the bar and it took nearly 15 mins to receive 1 mixed drink. Our food majority of which was fried took nearly an hour. When they set the food down we immediately ordered a second round we left at 7pm without our second serving. So much for “Endless”.
