I went to this location for lunch with a coworker, we both were greeted by Amber who took and prepared our order, she gave us great service the food was hot and very delicious, the atmosphere was very friendly and the prices were competitive. Thank you Ms. Amber for giving us amazing service and an awesome lunch, you made both our days with your smile and high energy very much we will recommend this location and will return. I have always enjoyed Arby’s for their roast beef. Today I ordered 2 Super Arby’s sandwiches at their Howell, MI location. They were both well made, not smashed all to hell, enough toppings and sauce. I appreciated how these were made and wrapped. The fries were also hot and fresh along with the customer service I received. Great job, Howell Arby’s…!!!

The employee that took my order was pretty blah. Which I suppose I could have excused.
However, what really influenced my rating was the quantity. I spent nearly 7 dollars on a medium 3 piece tender meal. I’m not sure of the exact price, as the receipt ink was nearly impossible to read.
My medium fry was maybe two-thirds of the way full. I’d say closer to half. And the three chicken tenders were unbelievably small!
Quite a disappointing experience.
I would have said something had I noticed when I received the food. Unfortunately, it was only once I pulled into my driveway, 15 minutes away from this particular Arby’s, that I was greeted with my disappointment.

We went there to get food because we had a long drive ahead of us and we waited 10 minutes in the drive through and when they handed out the order made us a completely different sandwich than what we ordered and forgot the kids meal, so then they gave us pull forward for another ten minutes and then our food comes out again and we checked everything was there and left. However when we got to our food the mozzarella sticks were rubbery and inedible, and most of our food was cold and hard. Definitely will not return to this establishment due to the fact we got our order wrong and had to wait a ridiculous time for cold inedible food.
