Everytime I go here I get overcharged. I counted the last time we went to eat here I told the cashier 8 times. Yes EIGHT to make the meal a regular, at the end not only did he not do it so I gave up but he uncharged me for an ICEE, and we still received a regular meal but paid for a large. Clearly the employees can understand what they are doing but pretend they can’t .

Chicken California sandwich is superb! Fully loaded, and I only ordered it with the basic toppings. The only issue is the employee taking orders at the time seemed like english is not his first language, so I had to repeat my order several times for him to get it right. Otherwise everything was great .

Ordered a large cheese and bacon fry to go and this is what they gave. Definitely not their large and the man ringing me up couldn’t figure out how to swipe my card when I handed to him. Also kept looking at mw strange.

The worst place to go external looks says it all. Dirty dinner should have smell of enjoyment.. Nope! body odor. Cooks dont wear hair nets. Customers service is also poor.. This not worth the exposure.

Food is okay but the guy at the counter always trying to up charge you. I’ve seen many other reviews saying the same thing so obviously this is a trend and it’s wrong. Me and my mom both ate and we wanted small everything and somehow got charged $40+ and then realized he made it all larges. Seems to weaponize a language barrier to manipulate you into thinking there is one but there isn’t to get more $. Lmao, a scam at its finest.

Food is good, but wow is it expensive. Also my wife asked how big a small was, then ordered that with fries and a drink, later we noticed it was a regular sub, large friends and large drink. Cashier was trained, it seems, to uncharged as much as possible to where it’s more than the people even wanted.

I ordered small items and they entered it in as regular. Make sure you get what you ask for. Zero English spoken. The bottom of the basket they served food in was full of oil like it was not washed from previous orders. They are slower on preparing orders than at other Charlie’s.

I ordered a sandwich with no lettuce and tomato, I got home and it had lettuce on it. I went back to get my sandwich remade, and I double checked it in the car to make sure it was hot, and they hadn’t just picked through the sandwich and re-served it. It was hot, so I went home. When I got back, I discovered the sandwich had, upon closer inspection, been picked through as it still had lettuce on it, and was now burned black on the outside, as if they simply warmed it in the oven and then RE-SERVED FOOD THAT HAD COME BACK, which is a health code violation and illegal. Bottom line, it isn’t safe to eat here, it’s a matter of time until someone gets a foodborne illness and they get shut down.
