This location needs to be shut down immediately. It has went down so much within the past year. The prices are sky high for no reason. The food is trash. The service is terrible. I ordered a kids meal today when I got to the window she already had the bag ready. Immediately that lets a customer know that the food is not fresh. They literally took two burnt chicken strips and cut them up almost in nugget shapes with some soggy nasty fries. The chicken was so dry!! I was chewing it forever. When I tell you, I am pissed.Even the bread was burnt. And had the nerve to charge $9.25. If I didn’t make it back to work already, I would have went back and threw that entire play through the window. I will never support them again. If you read this review, do not eat from this location. With Chick-fil-A temporarily closed across the street, their line should have been wrapped around the corner, but now I see why it wasn’t. Waste of money & time and they have increased the prices for no good reason at all.. the food actually went down with higher prices. Whoever runs that location should be ashamed.

Ate here two nights ago. Chicken was burnt. Toast was soggy. Sauces were halfway full. Ordered again tonight. Chicken again was burnt. Tasted like it’s cooked in ruined oil and old flour. Sauces were halfway full. I’m paying for two sauces and receiving one. The phone is off the doordash is off the voicemail is full the manager is obviously not there and the owner is obviously not controlling quality. Canes is much better. Tell your employees:
Change the oil
Change the flour
Fill up the sauces
Answer the phone
Get a manager
Stop burning food
I can TASTE the burnt oil and old flour it does NOT taste like good fried chicken

I was here and the man in the drive thru was so rude and hostile towards me. I have a hearing disorder and couldn’t understand over the speaker. I explained that, but he refused to help, sighed loudly, and got this an angry tone with me, even though I offered to pull up and park as to not hold up a line(not that anyone was behind me). omg! you have to do your job?!?? no way?? I’m not very confrontational so I just apologized and said i’d go, then drove away with nothing. kind of disappointed, didn’t expect to be starved today!! this is the employee with the three cross face tattoos for reference. refusal to provide a reasonable accommodation felt like blatant disrespect and discrimination against a customers with a disabilities. I mean no hate to the business, as I never got to even try the food but I mean your employees are your business so…

This box combo was the worst thing I’ve ever had in my life over the course of 10 years. My friend and I ate Guthrie‘s last night and what we thought was a delicious meal turned out to be us waking up this morning with stomach ulcers, we’ve been suffering and sick all day. I promise I’ll never eat at this place again shut it down.

It’s Gutheries! The food is generally always good. Unfortunately, the place was severely understaffed on the day we visited so the only front end employee was doing everything from serving the front counter to managing drive thru to cleaning. The women’s bathroom was out of service and the only available bathroom was dirtier than a bathroom in a dive bar.

Chicken fingers are literally HALF the size of what it used to be, for more money. No thanks. It’s literally like they cut the original fingers in half just to sell at full price.
If I’m going to pay $20 for a box of 5 (little) chicken fingers (more like nuggets), a piece of toast, and FROZEN fries, I’d rather go to a restaurant and pay the little extra for an actual filling meal.
I bet you $100 Guthrie’s will go out of business by 2026 while more Americans think with their wallet.
