I don’t know what is wrong with this place. Ordered 2 pizzas with bread, said it was ready on the tracker and went in and they must have given it to the wrong people. I kept asking them for my order and they ignored me, I had to ask 4 times about my order before they even acknowledged that the order was placed. After 30 minutes of waiting they hadn’t even restarted the order and then asked me to wait another 20 minutes while they started the order again. I ended up cancelling the order.

Terrible experience. We never got our pizzas, but the driver insisted he “delivered” them even though nothing ever arrived. When we called to sort it out, instead of helping, the staff argued with us like we were making it up. No solution, no replacement, no apology. Just attitude. We ended up with no food and a huge headache. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Honestly they make pizza fine but then for my little brother to go in and pick up a pizza my fiancé (he was in the car outside) ordered and he had to stand there and get questioned by dominos not believe he was picking up the pizza. Had to ask full legal name and number? I’ve never had this issue before ordering from here but felt like racial profiling as they did not want to give him the pizza.

This location is the worst Domino’s I’ve ever visited. The service is abysmal. They are literally incapable of following the most basic of instructions even when they are printed in the receipt.

The last time we ordered from them, the salad they gave us was rotten and had been expired for nearly a week.

Upon returning home and discovering the rotten salad, I tried calling the store six times. Employees who answered the phone said they did not know the manager’s name and said she wasn’t even there.

We ordered several items, one of which was a build your own pasta with alfredo, cheese, tomatoes and spinach for someone that does not eat meat. When we received our delivery, the pasta wss a plain chicken alfredo. When I called the restaurant & spoke to a driver named Tyler, who was a new employee, the cook told him that “all alfredos come with chicken” and I didn’t specify it with no meat. I said that absolutely isn’t true, it was a build your own pasta. And if that was the case, why weren’t any of the other toppings we selected on the pasta. Clearly. the cook didn’t want to admit that he made it incorrectly.

I was then told that in order to get the correct item, I would need to bring the uneaten chicken alfredo back and they would make me the item that I ordered,. They wouldn’t accept a photo of the incorrect item to prove that the it was their mistake. Why in the hell would I pay a $4.99 delivery charge plus a tip, just to turn around and drive my very unhappy ass to dominoes to get the food that I ordered??? If that truly is the policy of this location, then I will make sure to never patronize any dominos owned by this franchise owner again in the future, since customer service clearly isn’t the top of their agenda. This isn’t a case of the customer is always right. This is a case of the customer can prove they are right, but the restaurant doesn’t want to own up to their mistakes.

I had a terrible experience with this Domino’s location. The staff had a really bad attitude, and my order never even arrived. When I contacted them about it, they refused to refund me or send a replacement pizza. I was basically left with nothing after paying for my order. Completely unacceptable service. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone.

They refused to give me a refund after I told them to keep the food because it was taking way too long after the the app said the order was completed all they could do is give me a free pizza so when I called for that free pizza they refused to give it to me until I mentioned that the calls are recorded then they decided they could help me but they forgot the bacon on this new pizza and i ordered extra this place needs to clean house and get management/owners plus they deleted my review twice

Upping my review since successive experiences have been much better.

95 minute delivery time when app said it would take 50-60. Suppose I deserve the awful pizza I received for being so lazy but cmon, y’all can do better. I live 9 minutes away. Also the pizza was burnt and lazily made. Impressive bubbles on the one slice but I prefer one without crust completely overtaking what it’s supposed to be delivering. Fwiw, the driver was friendly and apologized.
