I absolutely loved this place. The restaurant is set inside the cutest little house, which makes the whole experience feel cozy and authentic. The food was incredible — honestly some of the best Thai food I’ve had in Denver, and it reminded me so much of the street food in Thailand.
We ordered the tempura shrimp, tom yum soup, pad thai, green curry fried rice, and two Thai teas. Every single dish was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. All the flavors were spot on.
Our server was also so sweet and welcoming, which made the meal even better.
I’d definitely recommend stopping by — this is a true gem.

Quiet night for a Saturday but all the more convenient for us. This hidden gem of a restaurant serves amazing Green Curry Fried Rice. That’s the reason we went here and all our expectations were met. Delicious food and great spice levels where they don’t just add chili paste to make it hotter.
We got their max level 5 spice and it was definitely kicking. I wouldn’t recommend it for everybody but if you ever wanted proper Thai spiced food, this is the spot for it.
We asked for the fried rice to be wet which I know sounds weird but it tastes amazing as they fry it with more curry sauce than just dry paste. Try it this way, you’ll probably like it!
The Tom Kha soup was very good as well and so was the Cream Cheese Wontons.
100% repeat restaurant for us.

Cozy little restaurant with a friendly staff and delicious food. The pad kee mao or drunken noodles is absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend grabbing an iced Thai tea as well. Cannot wait to go back and try more dishes!
Now for my standard comments. This location is clean and well kept. Indoor seating is comfortable.

I don’t often give a 5* review, but the dishes we had were absolutely the closest to the real Thai taste I’ve ever had outside of Thailand.
Also the atmosphere is quite unique for a Thai restaurant in the US, that are often located in a strip mall setting. Ros is nice to sit too, in an old Victorian house.
We’ll sure be back!

I have eaten here twice – a carry-out and a dine-in. I got the same dish because I loved it so much the first time (garlic mixed veggie stir fry with chicken). It’s so fresh and clean without lacking flavor. When I dined in, the service was wonderful – they even sprinted after me when I forgot my doggie bag on the table. It’s a charming atmosphere inside an old house. Prices are reasonable, too. We love this place and will continue to support it!

I have loved this place…have ordered food for pickup numerous times. So was excited to go and have lunch there yesterday. She asked if we’d been there before when I said I wanted medium spice level. (Yes, I have) I enjoyed the pineapple fried rice to begin with, the spice level was good – but less so as it went on…at the end of my meal I saw the receipt – mild level 2. I’d been down-spiced. Rude. Trust me when I say I can handle the spice level I ordered. 🙂

Great Thai food. Fun and friendly service. The restaurant is very beautiful with an outdoor area. Vegan items are clearly marked.
Note that the spice levels are much milder than the equivalent ratings in other cities. I got the pineapple fried rice with a rating of 4/5 and it was barely spicy. They did not have chili paste so I had to augment with Sriracha which is okay, but not ideal. It did not take away from the experience at all. I would happily go back to this place – I might just get spice level 5 on everything.

We ordered cream cheese wontons, Massaman Curry – level 1 heat, with Fried Tofu and Panang Curry – level 2 heat with pork. The Massaman Curry was wonderful! The Panang Curry was so hot it was inedible…and we enjoy spicy, hot, and the many variations of spicy, from different cuisines. However, this was just too much. So we asked for Pad Thai instead…usually a great standby. This Pad Thai had very rubbery noodles. And the Jasmine Tea was spicy as well. Not your normal experience but definitely a new one. Not sure if we’ll g9 here again.

With all the options for Thai in Denver these days it can be tricky to veer away from what you know, but super glad to try Ros Siam as it was OUTSTANDING. Flavors were on point in all the dishes we ordered, I’m talking about those deep, rich, spicy, sour, and fragrant goodness that all good Thai should have. The level 3 spice was just right if you need a solid clearing of the sinuses but simultaneously want keep the lining of your stomach in tact. The service was as good as you can ask for in a popular restaurant that’s scantly staffed. #childfriendly. Maybe eating Thai food in an old Victorian is odd but it’s also oddly kinda cool. Great experience, will be back!

The food I tried was very good. One of the best Thai places I’ve been to in Denver. Their Thai Hot spicy level wasn’t quite Thai Hot though in my opinion. I don’t think they had any prik nam pla sauce either. R
