The food was cold. It wasn’t wrapped at all it was falling apart while we were eating it. we got two burritos. Will never go back. Our food was thrown in a bag. our bag was ripped. I don’t understand how this could be so disappointing. Chips were stale and very salty. I want my money back.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and used to overlook small issues because the store is run by humans and everyone makes mistakes. Because of that, I tolerated the little things. Recently, however, the experience has become consistently frustrating.

Almost every time I come here, I’m charged for something I didn’t order. When I question it, it’s handled rudely as if I did something wrong. The “rules” also seem to change constantly. I’ve even called Chipotle customer service to confirm, and many of the things I’m told here aren’t even real policies.

This repeatedly happens with the manager, Mirinda, and it has happened to both me and my friends multiple times just this month. At this point, the only thing she seems to manage is charging customers incorrectly and making sure the workers give the smallest portions possible.

The food handling is also concerning. Sour cream is often mixed with random ingredients like onions or lettuce, which is unsanitary. I’ve even seen the manager wipe sour cream off her finger onto my friend’s bag and hand it to her. The quesadilla I got today was falling apart the moment I picked it up.

Mistakes happen, but the bigger issue is how they’re handled. When I address something, it’s dealt with rudely as if I’m the inconvenience. If I ask for a side of one ingredient, I expect that ingredient not a mix of half the toppings in the line.

Someone needs to address this immediately. Careless food handling and cross-contamination can be a serious issue for customers with allergies. I’ve supported this location for years, but recently the service, sanitation, and management have been extremely disappointing.There is great workers there who I feel terribly for honestly, you’d have to pay me triple what they get paid to be working with Miranda.

Waited for a long time to order even thou 6 employees were standing around talking. Very skimpy with all of the toppings for my bowl. I feel everything was just small portions. My chips were a mix of super crunchy and weirdly chewy. I only came here for the guacamole And it was not full also seemed off in the taste I was used to. The barbacoa was awesome

One of the team members screwed up making burrito so they had to add extra tortilla to fix burrito. Got home and found out they charged me for extra tortilla. Makes no sense how you screw up and I have to pay more. Manager is also rude here to her own team members and customers. Witnessed several times her acting like a bully towards new employees for them not doing things right. Not coming back

Absolutely horrible. I had a guy who could not comprehend basic instructions. I went back to ask for a side of sour cream and he got a cup and realized he needed more sour cream.. walked away to get another batch, talked to the guy cutting the meat, came back and spent 6 minutes trying to open and change the sour cream.. I was on my lunch break and no joke, he spend more than half of my time just getting me my food. The worst part is his co workers watched him do all this and laughed because they could see how confused I was by him.. I will never go back. And the food was very salty too.

I stop by this location a few times a month. The portion sizes have progressively gotten worse and worse. Today was the last straw. A 3/4 spoon full of rice and less on the protein. The place was pretty empty too – I won’t be back anytime soon so if management wonders why this is it. Stop being stingy!

Absolutely worst Chipotle drive through ever. The girl in the window is the worst I’ve ever seen. She comes to the window doesn’t say anything so say “picking up a mobile order” she just stares back then with a shitty attitude says “for who”. I give her the name and after waiting 10 minutes to get my mobile order tells me to loop back around so she can get the car behind. Why would I get back in the long line I just waited in for 10 minutes. Then to top it off my girl has to go inside which took another 10 minutes. So now we get home that and the quesidilla is missing the sauce that it comes with and the chicken bowl has less than 2 oz of chicken.Management needs look into their employees here and should get rid of a few.

The best thing about this Chipotle is how accessible it is compared to others, as well as the parking. I will also say, it needs to get busy but never too busy, at least when I go there. The portions are very good for when I have gone. I got a big bowl, with a tortilla on the side . I will say, once again, the best thing is how it is super easy to drive in. It’s in a nice area as well!

The first girl was really sweet. The second one was so stingy and rude. She was literally not even listening to me. I had to repeat myself three times. I also called and they told me over the phone that they had the chimichurri and they don’t.

This was my family’s order today I ordered online. Got home after pickup about 15min drive and we finf this burrito. 1/2 the size. Our whole 5 orders was thrown in the bag and very messy. I really don’t understand how this could happen. Will definitely not go back.
