Extremely disappointing how this place continues to go downhill. The floor could not be any stickier. Today’s hibachi show was literally the worst one we’ve ever experienced. In fact, there was no show. We brought the kids because they love the whole experience and the whole time they mentioned how disappointing it was there was no volcano, there was no firefighter, nothing. They also list their shrimp appetizer as part of the experience on their menu, but they did not offer it. And the little food toss was with raw zucchini. The last time we came here a couple of months ago it was also disappointing and like fools we decided to give it another try.

The food is really good and I like all the options they have without having to choose “all you can eat”. I had the hibachi dinner and my husband ate the red curry. It was delicious and the service and speed is just spot on! While the location is easy to reach the only downside is the interior which is a bit too dark and outdated but therefore it is clean. We will definitely be back

We had a great time celebrating my son’s birthday being entertained by the Hibachi cheff, having delicious Sake and drinks, and indulging in our favorite foods!

Decided to check out Tsuki on New Years Eve. We got there about 6:30pm and there was a wait for tables; however, the bar and sushi bar was empty. That’s where we wanted to sit anyway. They were really hopping, and unfortunately, they didn’t have a bartender. Thankfully, the dining room server was very good and took care of us as best she could. The sushi was very good and reasonably priced. There’s an excellent list of sakes available as well. Will definitely be back before the next New Years Eve.

This review is based on two visits and a repeated issue with staff behavior. On an earlier visit, my friend and I dined as a party of two, and there was no automatic gratuity listed on the receipt. After we paid and were leaving, our server chased us down and demanded a tip, even though tipping is voluntary. Wanting to give the restaurant another chance, two friends returned on a later date, but they experienced slow and cold service and clear tension from staff. When paying, one guest left a two dollar tip because the service was poor, and the server took the receipt back and demanded the tip be increased. Even after the tip was raised, the server returned again and demanded a twenty percent tip. When asked why, the server gave no clear explanation and responded rudely, which made one guest feel pressured to leave the requested amount just to end the situation, while the other left a smaller tip due to disappointment. At no point was a mandatory gratuity disclosed, and demanding specific tip amounts after payment and pressuring customers is unprofessional. Since this has happened more than once, it appears to be an ongoing issue, and until it is addressed by management, I cannot recommend dining here.

I have been to Tsuki many times and have always enjoyed the food. The surf and turf roll, Crab Rangoon, Hibachi dinner and Japanese lunches are all great. Unfortunately, I felt disrespected the last time I attended.
I am disabled and therefore I must be escorted by a caretaker, but remain entirely competent and capable of advocating for myself. While my caretaker was using the restroom, our server approached to take our drink orders. I requested two glasses of water with no ice and a double jack and coke. I was told that I must wait for the caretaker to return so that she could confirm it is OK for me to have the drink.
While it seems insignificant to people who may never experience this, It ruined my day. Why would anyone need to approve that I am served an alcoholic drink? For God’s sake, my arms don’t work. I require her to assist me with drinking it. Though, I know why. It’s because of my appearance.
Because of this, I will not be returning. It’s unfortunate.

The food is excellent and very reasonably priced but the service isn’t exactly the best. I understand that it was a busy night, but we were made to wait when there were empty tables in plain sight. Our waitress, whom we’ve had for more than one visit, just seemed to want to get customers in and out – not very personable. She became very impatient when taking our order. However, we’ve never been disappointed by the food – very tasty.
