This is the closest location for us. It’s about 30 minutes away. Worth the trip every time. Love the barbacoa the most. You’ve gotta get the guacamole and chips too. I usually do a bowl, and get a “burrito size tortilla” as well. This location it’s only 50 cents more. The chimichuri sauce is good for a buck extra too. This location is usually pretty steady. Not too busy this visit, till we were almost done, there was a line to the door. The crew got them thru quickly, down to 2 people in just a few minutes! I like this location alot.

came to the Huntsville chipotle restaurant location early this week however.. it was not very pleasant. lets start off with the exterior, parking is terrible and a mess to get out of, right next to a vape store and a specs. and very limited front row parking. interior? The tables were sticky, so were the chairs, very messy condiment station and just overall a mess. employees, the dude on them is insane.. I mean completely uncalled for. I ordered a bowl however its like were rationing for a whole war to just barge right through Huntsville Texas. Very very stingy with those beans and protein aren’t yall?? what for, if I’m paying $12-15 for a bowl it better come with that $12-15 toppings. Then I get to pay and I was told to wait.. wait for what.. my recipt took 5 minutes to print apparently but whenever the employee came back from her 5 min break that’s what took the cake.

About as friendly as a call center worker I think they might be allergic to smiling. Very cheap with the toppings told me that they couldn’t add anymore. There are many other Chipotle’s I recommend going elsewhere

First time I came the pico was old & the rice was hard.. decided to give them another shot just in case i came during a bad time… OH BOY was I wrong… the rice was hard yet again, the black beans were undercooked, the chicken was too salty+cold and my server barely gave me enough oh but the pieces I did get were insanely small.

I debated on getting this for one and what frustrates me the most is I ordered through uber eats and paid extra for them to give me a small burrito I kid you not. The burrito is so small and I paid $15 for it definitely will NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

dude with the patchy beard and glasses that works the foodline at night is horrible. its like trying to pull teeth when asking him to do his job. every time he makes the food it’s about half of what any other employee there gives you. can’t even fill the bottom of the bowl with rice and when you ask for more he gets an attitude and gives maybe an extra half scoop. make him do the dishes or something. very unpleasant

I’m watching them give someone an extra side at no charge for free then the minute I decide to ask for a side now i have to be charged and I corrected them that they didn’t do it for the person before me and they started going back and forth with me. and refused to give me my extra side and acknowledged that they the person before me one..
