Had an issue with my last order, but management went above and beyond to make it right. I ordered two chicken sandwiches, fries, and tenders. What sets Birdies apart is the high-quality chicken they use, unlike many other hot chicken spots. The spice has real flavor, the dirty fries are packed with taste, and the sauce is excellent. Easily the best chicken sandwich place in the area.

The fries and sides were just as good, and the staff was super friendly. The atmosphere of the store is very nice. Birdies was a great experience from start to finish. They have the perfect quarterback at this location with Shannon. She is on point with everything. She manages the counter like a champ with orders coming and going at a fast rate. My chicken sandwich was a little light on the size of the chicken for the sandwich, she didnt send it out like that, made sure the sandwich was perfect, and it was. So juicy and full of flavor. I will definitely be going back soon. Will bring friend to try the extreme heat. Great job.

We were very excited to go back here, waited 45 minutes for a sandwich and a chicken loaded fries, it didn’t come with the sauce. And apparently our food was ready 15 minutes before but it was left on the counter with someone else’s name. Nice spot for a quick chicken sandwich. Had a pretty decent sized chicken sandwich. Sandwiches have a big crispy juicy chicken tender and Birdie sauce was good on it with coleslaw and pickles. French fries were super crunchy and soft in the middle. They had a tender option , sandwich option and option for chicken over fries and different heat levels for the chicken. I went with no spice as I wanted to taste their sauce. A few sides and some drinks. Not a big menu and nothing too crazy but sometimes simple is better. They also have new boneless wings which I got in a garlic Parmesan sauce and it was awesome , big boneless wings !

Ordered the signature fries at hedium level. Honestly, a good spice – not too spicy but flavorful. It will definitely keep you full for a while. We tried their new boneless wings (sriracha honey bbq and garlic Parmesan), and they were definitely a disappointment. Garlic Parmesan was sooooo salty. 1/5 for wings

Came here with my wife a few weeks ago because I wanted to finally try it and it was a great decision.
Food: pretty much your standard fried chicken sandwich spot. I actually really enjoyed how the coleslaw complemented the sandwich. Milkshake was pretty damn good too.
Aesthetic: very clean place with a lot of seating, I was surprised to see it wasn’t as busy, but we were going early on a weekend instead of normal lunch hour.
Service: people working there were nice, no complaints.

Birdies is another new halal hot chicken spot in Jersey. Everything was delicious from tenders to the sandwiches. The sauce was nothing short of incredible. However, what really set this place apart from the others to me was the amazing staff and their wonderful service. I ordered the “Hedium” spice level for my sandwich and unfortunately found it much too spicy for my liking, so I decided to order another one but in mild. Without me asking, the cashier made it on the house. I really appreciated that they did that for me, and I definitely recommend making the trip to try this place. I look forward to returning many times as well.
