Absolutely garbage, everything is wrong with my order, it came cold, under cooked, missing ingredients no salt on the fries, had the wrong receipt attached to it… does this look like a freshly cooked baconater to u, this doesnt even look like a JR baconater. Theres not even a full box of fries. And its only 8pm? Who did u hire? And whos order from 4 hours ago is this? Cuz its not mine. Lazy. Order placed at 740 recieved this garbage 20 mins later.
Tried calling twice no answer. Garbage service.

This restaurant is in very poor condition. The soda machine serves drinks with little flavor and lots of water, unsalted French fries, chewy nuggets, and the bathroom is dirty and smells bad.

Absolutely terrible location. I literally cannot think of ONE time I’ve had a good experience. Unfortunately this is my closest location. The employees mess up and then argue with the customer instead of correcting the mistake. Ordered TWO biggie bags through the speaker and REPEATED TWICE, that I wanted two bags. I get to the window and they only give me one. They only rang me up for one. Instead of saying “sorry let me ring up another one and bring it to you” they argue that we only ordered one. Even had the audacity to turn their screen around to show us that they only had one biggie bag. That only proves that whoever took the order can’t hear or wasn’t paying attention.

Employee at this drive thru is very rude.They double charged me .
They made me wait more than 10 min for my receipt. Which I new they over charged me.I heard it that it went thru it beeps. Than young man was rude for his mistake never received a apology. And they always try to upgrade your order

My buddy and I stopped here for a quick lunch yesterday. Soon as walking in we noticed that the place was full of chaotic customers from outside orders who were very upset. We placed our order and as we were ordering one of the staff cursed at a disgruntled client. I quickly noticed got the entire staff of the restaurant was Haitian and nobody that I could see spoke English. I could not tell who the manager was as they had no name tags. The end result was I waited 25 minutes for a burger that was literally RAW! (See photos below) I mean come on Wendys, can we at least have one American working in the restaurant and if that’s not good enough for an American restaurant then at least one English speaking employee. Very disappointed and not racist. I am a mixed individual so….
