I ordered food and a drink twice in 2 weeks. The fella that delivered my food was drenched in cologne and so was my food and drink…DISGUSTING…. I let it go the first time, the second week I ordered food and drink again and had it delivered and it was the same guy with the same nasty cologne. I couldn’t drink my drink, my food stunk! It really seemed like he sprayed my food and drink with cologne. It was so strong. DISGUSTING! I called and spoke with a manager and they did not offer anything to me, for not being able to eat or drink the $25 order I placed! They said “Oh I think I know who it is and I will talk to them” Great! What about my lunch!!! They offered NOTHING!

Best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to in the area. Fast, nice workers and get the order always right. I like to modify my sandwiches to my own preference and sometimes I push my creativity to the max, just to see if I they can keep up. I am not disappointed. THE fastest JJ I’ve been in.

Poor management. 1 delivery guy for the holiday weekend. Online order confirmed at 12:55pm. Food delivered at 1:50pm. Manager just says sorry. Love Jimmy Johns but will just be driving to another location. Staff is great. Just poor management.

Whoever you had working tonight was amazing. The man who seemed to be the manager in a tyedie type hoodie was super kind, super knowledgeable and super helpful. I manage restaurants for a living, give this man a promotion/raise bc you need his loyalty. I have been to this location several times in the past and never seen this man, and also never had the great level of service or quality of food I got tonight. Haven’t been in maybe 5 or 6 months but will def be returning now.

Ordered online, then got a call 5 minutes later saying they do not have a delivery driver today. Not surprised. Hopefully my money gets refunded for the order. I wish the sandwiches weren’t good or I had another store close.

Delivery order over an hour late. Called twice and was told twice order was on its way. Called a third time (at the 1 hour late mark) and was told they were bagging it up then. Asked to speak to the manager and got an attitude and was offered to have them cancel the order or wait for them to deliver it. Horrible customer service. Pathetic.
**Update – food arrives missing a sandwich, so I call back. Talk to the manager. Tell her I’d like the sandwich and a refund. She hangs up on me. I drive to the store – ask for the sandwich – they make it. Got home to find they didn’t make it right. No winning with these people. Franchisee needs to clean house.
