Literally had my order taken by a woman who had on her ear piece the whole time cussing over the dealer ship, then turns around and grabs frozen mozzarella sticks out of a lil freezer next to fryer with bare hands as she just itched her nose. This place is absolutely disgusting she was rude to the door dash customers coming in and I’m afraid to eat the food! Way to go Arby’s. They also soaked the sandwich in mayo wow this is gross

Been coming here for awhile now, due for a review. Went today, and food was great as always. One of the Arby’s team members had offered to make a fresh batch of fries if I wasn’t in a hurry (which I wasn’t). The crinkle fries were definitely worth the wait! I also ordered a coke (no ice), which they had caught the mistake of putting ice in the drink, which was promptly corrected.
Staff has always been courteous here as well.

I ordered online for my coworkers and I and when I picked up the food in the drive thru they didn’t have mozzarella sticks because the fryers were down. They gave mac and cheese instead. When I got back to my office they had forgotten the double roast beef as well. I didn’t have time to drive back and wait for a refund or the missing food. I tried submitting the customer form on the Arby’s website but it gives an error from multiple devices.

Even though I ordered 12 Arby’s sauce packets, they only gave me 3. A “half pound” roast beef came with the smallest shreds ever, and was not worth over $6. The buffalo chicken sandwich i got had no lettuce and barely any sauce on it, and was horrible. Don’t care to return to this location.

Don’t bother with this Arby’s. Waste of money. When you get meat slapped on a bun for a beef n cheddar thats wild like not even sauce??? Also fix your drive through speaker it sounds like someone is whispering at you. Also everything was burnt. Also the person taking orders in the drive through decides how long it should take you to order. Like 15$ for 2 sandwiches (not meals) just for me to not eat what I ordered because it’s just meat and bun not even sauce and my wifes lettuce was blatantly old and stringy. The only positive was the fact that arbys made the fish sandwiches so good that even with not fresh lettuce she could eat hers. I want to clarify this wasn’t due to the workers arbys just has good recipes.

Dining area was clean. Very friendly service at the counter and super fast getting our food. They even gave the kids a milkshake they had made by mistake… which may have been a mistake giving it to them, but how nice was that?! Accurate order and hot freshly prepared food.

Just went here ordered a fish and cheddar, a slider with an au jus cup, and a Gyro with Tazkiki sauce. When I pulled around I didn’t have my taziki so I went in, the employee at the counter didn’t know what taziki was and when she asked another employee they handed me three pepper sauce.. when I got home I realized they gave me a beef and cheddar instead of a fish and cheddar, that looks literally slapped together and stepped on and I had no au jus in the bag. The fries are cold and dry. 0/10 I’m so sad I wasted my money here.
