Pulled up to the drive through and the first thing I’m asked is if I have a mobile code order. I say yes and read the code off as I’ve done dozens of times before. The older woman working the drive thru then tells me that I have to go inside to use the code. I respond “that’s weird because I’ve never had to do that before but whatever” and go park on the side of the building. As I’m getting out of my car the old lady is literally pointing her entire arm out the window right at me and talking into a coworkers ear. I then go inside and the very first thing I see is one of the young girls working in the kitchen open a warming tray full of chicken nuggets or something smaller, and with bare hands grab something off the warming tray and put it in her mouth before closing the tray and walking off. I will never again spend money at this place.

2nd time there, ordered 2 happy meals and an adult meal to take to school to eat with my grandson. Got the food, got to the school and only the adult meal was in the bag. So ridiculous. Lost my business forever!

Not sure how they have bad reviews, best branch I have ever been to. Hands down! Never purchased anything that wasn’t fresh! Hands down! If they have made mistakes, we are only human. Thanks for being the best.

Why can’t you all hire kids that can read a damn label? These kids just are like robots, we make everything the way we want it. Been here for 15 freaking minutes for 2 frappe’s because the kid can’t read NO WHIPPED CREAM! They make us pull forward and then brings me my drink with no straw. You’re only as good as your manager! We are done with the Edwardsburg McDonald’s! Maybe the manager needs to go to the Granger location to see how well it’s ran.
*UPDATE!!!!! 8-10-2025 @ 11:11 am and if you watch your cameras you will see me sitting in my vehicle in mobile #4 and having an employee come to my car and asking if I had a mocha frappe. I did. She went inside and came back to another car with their order. I had to go inside to get my order. Only apology was they kept walking past it and forgot. So you made 2 and threw away. Nice!
•UPDATE 11-26-2025, ordered a mocha frappe through the mobile app with no whip cream, extra chocolate and two shots of espresso that Misty did not put in. I hate to throw someone under the bus, but she already owes me a mocha frappe from another time because she didn’t want to do the frappe machine. So now she owes me a frappe with 2 shots of espresso and 2 more shots from this morning that I PAID FOR!!! MAKE IT RIGHT MISTY!!!!!
•UPDATE on 12/8 Misty was “working” bossing the crew and not having the frappe machine cleaned. Didn’t want to give me a refund, but I didn’t want anything else and this has happened before and I’ve never got the frappe that I didn’t let her cancel.
*UPDATE 12/12 frappe machine not working! How about y’all sell me everything I need to make these at home?

I usually stop by the Edwardsburg McDonald’s during the week for a quick drink or snack. The fries are always fresh but….not today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and I’ve attached a picture of the MESS that was thrown together into the box (this is exactly how it looked when I opened it, I didn’t move anything around). The fries were barely warm and, somehow, my drink was warm. It took longer than usual to order & get my food so I don’t know if staffing was the issue. But, whatever it was, I’m done with this McDonald’s for a while!!!

Horrible visit today. I tried using my McDonald’s app code for 15% off $5 or more. I was told that the code was not valid. I ordered and showed the scan code to the young man taking the money as he suggested. He said the code was not valid at this store. I asked for the manager (Quentin) and all I got was an attitude. The young man was trying to explain something about passing by other McDonald stores and saying this code was only for the store in Granger IN. Well Quentin would not let him finish. As Quentin took my phone and pushed some buttons trying to figure it out the longer it took the ruder he got. As Quentin was walking away he rudely said to the young man.. hurry it up and get her out of the way. I go to this McDonald store all the time. I have made connections with many of the employees and have only nice things to say about them, however, this “Quentin” was totally rude, no respect at all. I would like an apology and Quentin to be suspended or demoted to cleaning staff. He certainly should NOT be a manager nor be dealing with the public. Whatever happened to “the customer is always right”?. If the owner does not respond I will assume that this type of treatment and behavior is appropriate at this store and I will contact Corporate headquarters in Chicago. Thank you

Prioritizing drive through is one thing but I waited 8 minutes for a medium fry and a coke in the lobby after placing my order, and 5 minutes of that was with an empty drive-thru. You also didn’t salt the fries after they were taken out.
Stop prioritizing drive-thru and process orders as close to the order they are taken as possible if you want customers to return.

Chicken served with no mayonnaise lettuce. Just the bun!! French fries were fresh and hot.. This McDonald’s did not have a lot of seating area.
