First time visiting this location, great first time even though it was raining. Seating was quick and the server was nice. The food was overall really good and the atmosphere was really busy for a Thursday night. I ordered the chicken fried steak with a ceasar salad and it was delicious. Will be back again for the good food and great service.

The food here is simply outstanding, and I can see why it’s so popular. The steak was juicy and delicious, while the salmon was perfectly moist and packed with flavor. The large portions are a welcome bonus! This spot has a great, family-friendly vibe, so be prepared for a crowd on weekends. It’s definitely worth the wait for this food.

Overall, it was an enjoyable experience with good food and great service, and I would definitely recommend planning ahead and giving it a try.

Always want to eat in one of their steakhouses . This time chose this by place , it’s closer to our home. It’s best to go on line and put your name down for way to list as always there is a waitlist ! Then just text them when you arrive. Of course this place was packed . Host greeted us and ordered the best rolls in town and led us to our seat.Our waitress was very attentive, anticipated our needs always . We ordered the biggest size of prime rib 24 oz., filet and salmon , all tasted delicious . Side orders are more than enough. We had a to go bao. For the prime rib! Also there was a pack of peanut in the bucket to start with . Indeed my husband got his prime rib.

The service was great. The issue was my daughter ordered a burger and it came out burnt they immediately saw the issue called it a hockey puck recooked it and it came out just about the same and they still charged us. This burger definitely shouldn’t have been on the ticket the burger in the picture is the 2nd one cooked.

Very yummy place if you like meat. I get the chicken fried chicken with a fully loaded, baked potato and mashed potatoes. I prefer white gravy on top of everything.

Customer experience? I’m pretty happy with the food. Service most of time. But what is the solution when a patron shows the manager the unwanted visitor? Simply apology. That’s it. Be sure to not expect anything but an apology. I was thinking maybe the intent of some kind of offer.
