The washroom is extremely dirty and unhygienic. Staff regularly keep it locked, and when it is opened, it is not properly cleaned. Whoever is responsible for each shift should ensure the washroom is kept clean, accessible, and maintained at all times.

Personally I don’t like coming down here due to all of the people that hang around here and make a mess. However today I had Sophie she was very kind, helped me with my order, she related with me about different teas and soups that were currently out of stock and how upsetting it was. she ensured and double checked my very complicated order and she overall has the best customer service I have seen in a very very long time. If only every Tim Hortons had Sophie on there team
May come here more often just due to how good her customer service is.

Love my experience. Ordered for 2 boxes of 12 assorted donuts and 15 mixed muffins for early morning. They did a great job, got my order and on time without any wait and it made everyone’s day at my office. Thanks to the whole team out there you brought smile on everyone’s face in our team

The worst customer service EVER! I ordered my drinks, came prepared wrong. The cold drinks were a cup of ice, hardly any flavor. I did an online survey regarding my experience. To my surprise I received a phone call from Tom hortons. The representative apologized to me, and said to go back and the drinks would be replaced. I went there a couple of weeks later, I was told my name wasn’t in the book. Tbet then brought the shift supervisor over who immediately stated she wasn’t giving me free drinks. I tried to explain & she stared at me & repeated that if I didn’t have a name she wouldn’t do anything. I asked her to get the manager to call me whenever she’s in. She told me to comeback tomorrow. I asked her to call I wasn’t making a trip down for nothing. She reluctantly took my number. I waited but Noone called. The store is dirty, there was flies l over the doughnuts. No one cared when I told them

PREVIOUSLY, this location received a four star review from me.

Recently, however, the management/ownership of this location has taken the totally immoral and unethical step of charging customers for considerably less product than other locations would provide. Tonight I attended this location and asked for large iced coffee. What I got was a cup of ice, and maybe three small mouthfuls of actual beverage. This appears to be normal practice and it’s a repulsive cost-cutting measure that is to the detriment of the customer experience. The onus should never be on the customer to ask for less ice, the onus should be on leadership to provide an actual product. If I wanted a cup of ice, I would ask for a cup of ice.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff at this Tim’s! I’ve had a lot of coffee in my time, but the cup I got just 10 minutes ago was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Not all staff take the time to stir the coffee, but the way he stirred it made all the difference—the flavor was perfect, and it really made my day. I don’t know his name, but thank you to that team member for taking the extra care to make my coffee just right. Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be back for more!

Drive through was efficient and precise during the morning fush. Still got my roll up the rim cup even though it seems they ran out of the larger ones. The line up for the drive through can get messy because of the two entrances to this plaza but which Timmies doesn’t have that problem?

I was hoping to receive a roast beef craveable, but instead, I received a roast beef cheddar with lettuce and tomato, and I have a tomato allergy. I specifically requested a roast beef craveable twice when placing my order. The employee taking my order was unable to locate it in the system, and another employee wearing glasses stated it was a roast beef and cheddar. The same employee with glasses then denied that I had placed that order, refusing to acknowledge the mistake. I have ordered from this location on several occasions, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.
