– The establishment is observing the new normal standards and as well as everyone who goes in for a to go drink. Although, the place is sooo hot. Its probably because their AC is off or broken.

-the staffs are very quick and responsive.

– I sure do love their Okinawa Milk tea! Their boba isnt too sweet and is just cooked perfectly, soft and chewy.

Excellent service with decent milk tea flavor. The cashier was so nice and welcoming. My husband wanted to try the Peach Kiwi Tea but he never had kiwi flavor in his drink before. She confirmed they could remake it for you if you were not happy with the drink (I don’t want to bother anyone, but if you want to have your drink remake, don’t be shy to ask. Only when it’s slow also. Don’t be such an annoying person when its busy).
I get a classic milk tea with black tea. They were both good.
We live in Sacramento but we go to the Bay Area pretty often. I would say Sharetea is not the best in the area, but the service gets my heart, today.

This place literally NEVER fails to have absolutely delicious boba every time i go there. All of their teas are so yummy no matter what and they have such variety in all their flavors and a wide selection of toppings too. This is always my go-to place for boba, and I think the bobas are also the perfect texture. Highly recommend!

The door dash came in a nice bag with both of our bobas! This was my first time so my friend offered me some, so I said yes I don’t really like the flavor she got me because it gave me a coffee flavor and I don’t really like coffee, (also the flavor is Taro Pearl Milk Tea) So if you don’t like coffe flavors I recommend keeping away from the taro milk tea, but it was still good and I might buy from here again!!

This was my second visit and tried the taro ice blended with pudding. It was so nice coming in around noon and wasn’t too busy. The menu looks amazing and the girls seem nice who helped me.

Ordered on doordash, only got half my order so not sure if it’s the drivers fault or the location. With that said, thai ice tea tastes nothing like a Thai ice tea, horrible chalky-peach aftertaste. The other drink was so full of boba and ice I was curious to see how much actual liquid was in the cup, so I poured it out. 5 ounces, 5 OUNCES of actual tea! what a joke for $11, obsured, waste of money.

I recently visited the Sharetea location in Concord with my wife, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. As soon as we entered the store, we were met with an overpowering and unpleasant odor. The smell was so bad that my wife couldn’t bear it and decided to wait outside, despite the extremely hot weather.
I decided to proceed and order two drinks, hoping for a better experience. However, the situation only got worse. When I informed the staff about the unpleasant smell, they not only ignored my concerns but also started laughing at me. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. It seemed they were making fun of me, which was very humiliating.
When I confronted them about their rude behavior, they continued to mock me instead of addressing the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bubble tea shop.
I do not recommend visiting this Sharetea location. The staff’s unprofessionalism and the store’s poor condition make it a place to avoid.

The drinks are over priced and taste bad. I got two bobas each costing over 8$. Most of the nearby boba shops are much cheaper. We had to throw away both the drinks because of how bad they were. Walk five minutes to mochinut and you can get much better and cheaper drinks.
