I hardly ever eat at fire house subs and what I saw today. I probably won’t ever come back. While we’re sitting here eating the guy that’s working removes the top part of the drink machine to go and put ice in the machine. What I have a problem with is the fact that he then put the lid of the drink machine on top of a dirty trash can beside the drink machine. Then when he was done. He didn’t even clean or sanitize the lid before putting it back on to be ready for customer use!! This is absolutely disgusting!!!

Doesn’t matter what firehouse subs location it is, they never disappoint ever the food is 10/10 every single time. The employees are very friendly and right as you walk in its “welcome to firehouse how are you doing today” great service and great food.

Just picked up the new french dip sandwich. Got home 5mins down road. The sandwich was cold but what pissed me off was the Azure sauce. Barely covered the botton of the cup. $16 for a 6″ sandwich and 1 eye dropper of azure sauce. Sorry service.

My husband picked this up for me, he was passing through. We don’t have a local firehouse subs, the one he picked up from is over 30 minutes away from us. He brought it home and it was to have no tomatoes on it, but I said whatever and just picked them off. To my surprise, I picked them off and noticed imbedded hair in the middle of my sandwich. They did not give him a receipt, first sign this was going to be an issue. Although, we did have our transaction history as we paid with card. My husband called the store and explained the issue. At first, they acted as though they could not find the order. We called that same day as soon as the sandwich got home, so that was concerning. They said they would have to call back. They did call back, I guess they found the transaction. However, they wanted him to drive back to make it fresh, but I was absolutely disgusted and did not even want to attempt trying another. He explained we don’t live local and he would just honestly like a refund. They said “we don’t do refunds, so I don’t know what you want me to do”. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and did not provide her name. He asked for a number to corporate and was met with “I don’t have it nor know it.” Super disappointed as I’ve always loved this establishment, but this location definitely changed it all for me! I messaged Firehouse directly about the situation and was met with, “We have forwarded a copy of your concerns to the management and restaurant owner of this location, we thank you for giving us this opportunity and for your ongoing patronage and hope we’ll have the pleasure of serving you again soon.” Cut and dry, no resolution. I tried to give them a benefit of doubt, but this whole experience has been terrible and nothing was ever made right. Honestly, everytime I think of Firehouse I will think of this experience from here on out and never eat there again.

I really hope the District Manager sees this because I have to give a huge shoutout to Parker—he’s also a student who always delivers amazing customer service. He’s kind, takes pride in the food he makes, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. He’s such a positive representation of Firehouse Subs! Jared is also super friendly, and your assistant manager, Kyra (or Kyla, sorry if I got that wrong), is always upbeat and welcoming. She even made me my first Firehouse house salad, and it was not only beautiful but absolutely fresh and delicious! I’m there almost weekly, and every visit is a great experience. Thank you for making this location one I can always count on—I truly appreciate the care and energy this team brings every single time.

I visited this location and was very disappointed in how I was treated. My daughter has a milk allergy and I made them aware when ordering that she can not have cheese on her sub. I always check her sub before I leave and this time there was some cheese strung across it, I brought it back to the cashier who was very friendly and told her there was cheese on it and that I was so sorry I that I need it remade cause she is allergic and would have a reaction. The male employees wouldn’t even acknowledge me or say it was okay or apologize. They just took it and turned away and formed a circle shaking their heads clearly talking about it and me. I will not be returning to this location they seem to not care about allergies or people who need something remade cause they made a mistake. Also I don’t understand why I need to be up charged 50 cent every time I get a kids combo because she is allergic to the desserts cause they have milk in it so she has to get plain chips

Our visit to Firehouse Subs was not a preferred interaction. We waited 20 minutes to place an order and then another 25 minutes for the sandwiches. We were missing a sandwich and one of us had to eat theirs with a spoon because the sandwich was falling apart. We chose the place for a quick option and unfortunately it was not. Not a 1 star review because one of the two workers acknowledged the long wait and we could see the experience was based on a staffing issue.
