I imagine this is probably what Taco Bell used to taste like in the 1970s. I had the fish soft taco and it was surprisingly good for a fast food place. Definitely worth dropping by if you’ve never done it.

Konnor was an amazing one-man show. He took our order, delivered order, and swept the floor. I visited the front to get our tortilla chips, the drive thru girl adjusted her head set but made no move to help or alert Konnor to my presence.
This is my second visit where front end was on his own to service front counter and inside patron.

Double the price, half the food! They shrunk the soft tacos. 🙁 Such a bummer. They used to have great soft tacos and you definitely got what you paid for. Those days are long gone. (Pretty much everywhere you go, but I’m sad to see it’s the case here now too.)
Edit: Since I first left this review, I have been to two other locations, they definitely shrunk the soft tacos. It’s unfortunate but seems to be the norm these days. Less product for more $$$. 🙁
I still love Taco Time. Their food is always delicious and fresh. And I guess I should be thankful it’s smaller so I don’t overeat. Lol I added a star for the deliciousness.

This place is great, the customer service is wonderful, the ingredients are tops, it’s clean and easy to get in and out.
Perhaps it’s slightly more expensive than that other national fast food taco place, but the food tastes sooo much better.

The food is so fresh and the restaurant is very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have eaten here twice now. I had the fit hit veggie bowl with corn salsa added… my husband likes the burritos.

We go to this taco time 2+ times a week. The last 2 nights I brought the food back in person to show employees food. The emotes said he wouldn’t eat it. The water from the chicken in crisp chicken tacos. Soggy falling apart absolutely unacceptable! The manager on this shift said sorry that’s it. I never received a call back from the head manager so I will contact the owner of the taco time. The food is trash un-edible.

Tater fries were lukewarm, natural soft taco was 90 percent cabbage. I don’t go to Taco Time enough to know if this is the norm, or if they were having an off day. I like to support northwest businesses so may give them another try, but they did not meet my fairly low expectations today.

We were happy to be there, and the employee who took our order picked up on that with a genuine conversation. She promptly brought our order and got everything right. The meal was delicious and met all our expectations. We wish there was a Taco Time to eat go to in our hometown.
