What is going on with the Chipotle on Raeford Road? My bowl was made incorrectly and I didn’t receive any of the toppings I asked for. On top of that, the food wasn’t fresh, the portion sizes were lacking for the price, and the queso wasn’t even filled properly. If I’m paying Chipotle prices, I expect a full bowl made correctly and fresh ingredients. Very disappointing experience. Called for a refund because this is not it.

First and foremost before last night I LOVED chipotle now I wouldn’t spend a single penny… As I was eating my food I’m half way through my food and find a freaking hair in my food!!! I instantly lost my appetite and got nauseous. I use to work at a chipotle and they were so anal about making sure ur hair was tied or u have the hair net or beard net and so finding hair in my food I was so mad like bro come on I guess this location doesn’t care. Very disappointed in this place. Went there today for a Chipotle bowl and the price of the bowl, chips and drink was high way robbery. It definitely robbed me of my experience as going to this certain one for the first time. As I am a single mother working to afford a decent living this experience was unsatisfying. When I got to the register and was told I had to pay over $20 because not only was I embarrassed I couldn’t afford it but I went ahead and payed for it because I didn’t want the employees or anyone behind me judging me. I normally go to the Chipotle near me and only pay around $10 and some change for the same thing I normally get which is a Chipotle bowl, chips and drink. At this specific Chipotle I went to today they even charged for queso just to go on the bowl that should of come with the bowl if its apart of the bar. Who wants to pay extra for something that should come with the food. Not only could I not afford the food but they barely gave me any chicken with my meal and that honesty probably would of been the only meal I would have eaten today and they don’t realize some people have to fill up because that may be the only meal they can afford for that day. Not only do I work with the hospital system and around at some of the several local clinics but even the employees, providers, and patients that come in have complained about that certain Chipotle after mentioning my experience today to them and they also complained that’s why they don’t go there because it’s to expensive and they charge for every little thing and barely get any meat in their bowls after paying so much money. Not only was the experience bad but the restaurant looked to not be cleaned. The one staff which is a white female with blonde hair that was working behind the bar making the bowls was so worried about charging for every little thing and didn’t even give me and the doctor I had lunch with today the full required scoop for our food. It looked to be half the spoon she scooped up of chicken for our food we ordered and instead she should of been making sure she is also keeping a clean, neat and safe work environment for her and the customers since she act like she was the one in control today. She should of been also worried about the dirty tables, floors, drink bar and bathroom about how nasty they were. It was just disgusting. I should of have taken a picture but maybe next time I will make a video and plaster it on social media because I’m just so upset about my experience. With all that being said I will no longer return to this Chipotle on Raeford rd neither my patients or staff members I work with and management there needs to be replaced if they are allowing their staff to charge outrageous prices just because where its located. No other Chipotle I have been to has never been as greedy and nasty as this one.

they are hiring anyone with the nastiest attitudes so feel free to apply! this lil girl behind the counter threw peoples food together and caught an attitude when people called her out for throwing their food or putting barely anything on their plate. Saying she had every reason to be upset since she was there since 2pm. maybe stop scheduling her if being there is that much of a strain on her or put her jn the back somewhere. where was management?????? the girl at the register apologized to every single person. when she got to me i told her she was doing great to be met with an eye roll and what do you want. seriously? thats how you speak to people? she missed out on a $20 tip for just herself because ahe was the only one making food. this location needs secret shoppers or just shut down. Skibo rd location NEVER treats people like this!!!! even at 12am they still treat you like a good person. piss poor attitudes and customer service. Never again will i visit this location. ill make the drive to skibo from now on.

This store has to be full of young people, like teenagers because the portion sizes are horrible! As you can see in the photos provided, there were multiple clumped chips in my bag of chips. The chicken is usually burnt or it is a lot of fatty parts. The food is disappointing! I have left many reviews through the app and have never received a response. As I stated before the portion sizes are horrible. You get a little bit of rice, a lot of beans, a lot of lettuce and shredded cheese, but a very small amount of queso; it is ridiculous. When you go in the restaurant, their work stations are very dirty.

As we prepare for Hurricane Ian… I passed by Chipotle for a bite to eat. I recieved my bowl and continued my journey. Finally, I reached my destination and opened my bowl for a bite to eat. As I bit into my meal I noticed that the rice was a bit undercooked. The grains of rice were still hard. Considering the storm was getting worse, I couldn’t and wasn’t going back to argue the issue. I just won’t return anytime soon. And if I do – I think I’d ask to sample the rice first. I only ate the meat, beans, corn, cheese, and other toppings because of the half cooked rice.

They acted like I was being difficult because I asked about how much protein was in the vegetarian meat. I said my iron’s been low and feeling like passing out but they couldn’t tell me how much protein was in it and the only thing on your menu that says the amount of protein is the chicken. I’m just wondering how that helps to compare. Matter of fact your menu doesn’t say what else besides chicken on the menu has protein, not meat or veggies.they weren’t caring at all, for sure, esp the manager.

I went to this Chipotle to order five meals for my family, and the experience was very disappointing. The employee who helped us was extremely rude and did not give me the chance to choose the ingredients that would work best for my kids. As most people know, some children have food sensitivities, especially with things like cheese, but instead of being patient, she looked annoyed and even shook her head while I was ordering. Her attitude completely killed my appetite, and it made things worse for my son, who struggles with social anxiety. He felt so uncomfortable and upset that he couldn’t even eat his dinner. This was supposed to be a simple family meal, but it turned into a stressful and unpleasant situation.

A double serving of protein is actually half a serving size. When you pay for double you get normal. You rarely get what you actually order here. I ordered a double protein chicken burrito online and I received through the drive thru someone’s door dash order that was literally a bowl full of lettuce and sour cream. AVOID Chipotle on Raeford Rd. AT ALL COSTS, decided to give Chipotle a go after their fecal, chemicals and tainted food debacle…BIG MISTAKE! The workers there are not very professional and act like they are doing you a favor when you order. My Double meat was actual half (So just a “Normal” Serving, I used my scale when the burrito exploded), the human/individual in the picture was absolutely rude and could not wrap a burrito at all. As you can see is the picture below it fell apart completely as soon as I unwrapped the foil.
Tried to make the best out of it by adding hot Cheetos, but it was still not very fresh or good, guess I could have order myself a bowl to not bother the person working there…..Doing their chosen job and all.
If you want a much cheaper and delicious Burrito with super friendly service go to DON RAMON”S TACO SHOP on Really Rd. They truly know burritos!
